Review 1：The rain, which was bad luck. The negative attitude of the woman at reception who was quite unhelpful about a couple of minor details. Ten minutes only but it coloured the day more than the rain. Makes you realise how much of a holiday depends on people being positive to their guests. It was an exception though. Everybody else in Slovenia has been great! We would love to come back on a sunny day and I would try harder to overcome the difficulties of the Vogel website to book one of the non-hostel accommodations
Review 2：The mountain top location is great, of course. (Though it was a rainy day which limited the possibilities). The hostel rooms are tiny and basic but very clean. Cable car ride and breakfast were included which made it better value than it seems.
Review 3：We booked hostel Murka but when we arrived we got a free upgrade to hostel Burja (in summertime almost no people stay for the night so they don't open Murka when not necessary.) Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff. Very quiet (except for the slovenian schlager music in the restaurant): from the late afternoon we had the mountain almost to ourselves.
