Review 1：When we arrived to the hotel ( 10.01.2016 , around 6 pm ) we were very disapointed about how the recepționer girl receive us ; we have to wait in her front , at the front desk around 5 min , in the mean time she try to solve a problem related to the towels from a room , making few calls and creating us the impresion that those towels can't wait and are more important than new customers . Also , the parking boy , comisioner named Andrei , he had his own parking rulles and he try to find different reason to pay him . Any way , the behavior of the personal from the hotel entrance is not suitable with the efort of the entire personal from the rest of the hotel . Unfortunatelly to the management !

Review 2：We had a good room position but I'm sure this is because to the name of the rezervation site ; I have to mention about when I made the reservation that I request forest view . It was a good breakfast .

Review 3：All the service staff do not speak a word of English, the beds are tidied up but sheets never change. At breakfast it gets very busy and the staff looked pissed all the time from being busy. We had an incident were a cleaning lady came to the room cleaned and took an item that does not belong to the hotel from our bathroom which was later returned on the day we left and that is after we sent so many complaints to the front desk and only after I told them they have to compensate us for it and with out any apologies from the staff there

Review 4：I loved the location, the shuttle buses that take you from the hotel to the slopes at no extra charge, the ski equipment rentals at the hotel, the view was fantastic and it was great value for money

Review 7：The cleanliness was not at the standards that should be,there was dust on the window sill from the first day we arrived and never been cleaned for the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The day before we left the toilet bowl has not been cleaned properly. In the kitchenette there was no cutlery or plates.

This was a very nice surprise!!! Thank you! The apartment, rooms, bathrooms, balcony are very spacious. Furniture is quality. Our 2 bedrooms apartment could easily accomodate 2 couples, as there 2 separate bathrooms. All services are good in aparthotel. The response for any request it is instantly and any problems can occur is solved prompt. We reccomend this hotel. Very good massage, swimingpool & sauna. SPA area has a great relaxing zone arround massage rooms! We had a very nice dinner in hotel's restaurant. We appreciate the menu selection and the quality of food for all the meals we have served. The children facilities outdoor and indoor are many, variate, personnel excellent! La micul dejun nu am avut in nici o zi probleme in gasirea unei mese libere si exista o selectie de produse si pentru cei cu un stil de alimentatie sanatos (fructe proaspete, iaurturi, oua fierte/prajite, selectie de branzeturi din regiune, ceai). Serviciul este bun, inclusiv la micul dejun (unde am vazut ca au existat comentarii), iar personalul este amabil.

Review 10：Sauna area and shower were dirty. Floor carpets - dirty and used. Hotel boy took car and keys as a deposit from every guest ! Strange....

Dirty rooms, 30' spent in the lobby bar until order is being taken, great menu at the restaurants, poorly trained chef, the breakfast is a joke. Too bad for the potential, spa and location.

Review 17：- Very very crowded- Old hotel, refurbished in 90's style. Extra buildings added with no extra facility so there is a fully packed (and shrunk, due to new buildings) parking - Permanent queues to breakfast and elevators - The apartment has microwave and coffee filter but no refrigerator other than the tiny minibar one - NOISY - there is absolutely no respect for quietness and privacy ; 11 pm workers were BREAKING THE PAVEMENT WITH JACKHAMMERS; 2 am people yelling in the parking lot and no action from the hotel staff - This apartment is not for 4 adults but 2 adults and 2 kids - very tiny beds in the second bedroom - Breakfast location is terrible, just a lobby with some acrobatic disabled access ramp. You need to take the ramp as you need to scan your hotel card barcode on that side - We have asked for an extra blanket and took 2 hours and 3 phone calls; we have asked also for a DVD player 2 times and no answer given -Only one air conditioning remote control for 3 splitters located in 3 rooms - quite inconvenient

Review 23：They were charging our meals on our room and in the end we found a bill that was not ours . They had problems tracing the bill even if my signature was not on the paper. They had even problems charging my credit card as the first night price that was charged before our arrival was still in their system as a due payment for me. So their payment system is very buggy. The lady at the front desk was nice but her boss, a fat one in a cheap suite wad rude.

Review 31：Unfortunately when we checked in the room was not clean. That made a bad impression as it was the first time that we have such an experience in this hotel. Of course they reacted immediately and they send somebody to clean up. I hope this won't happen again.

Review 95：There are parts of the hotel that are quite outdated and dark. I was planning to take my 80yo mum along,good I didn't - the breakfast area and garden are reachable only on long and steep sets of stairs. The water in the swimming pool is quite cold, good when you swim but not for playing. For a strange reason, there is a large screen running sports or MTV plus disco music around- I think some relaxing music would be more appropriate. A children swimming pool would be much appreciated. The playground is quite small and the garden as well. The official photos showing a large garden were taken before they had built an extra restaurant. The kids room is also quite small and part of it is occupied by a train table which is not working. The kitchen is far away from the dining area, most of the times it took a long time for the food to arrive. I think in the winter when the hotel is fully booked, dining and kids playing will not be easy.

Review 96：Stayed in a large and comfortable apartment, with a large terrace and a very nice jacuzzi. The hotel has a playground which my son used a lot. The swimming pool is very large - very good for swimming - and the massage at the Spa was very good. The food and wine were most of the times very good as well. The restaurant Apropos is especially elegant, relaxing and with a nice view. The restaurant downstairs has a more casual look but we had live music on a couple of evenings there, with traditional romanian songs, which we enjoyed a lot. Service is mostly very good, yet sometimes slow. There are many attractions in the area.
