Review 1：Bored and unfriendly staff, smelly and dirty corridors and worse than all, smelly and dirty rooms. The room did not even have a bed as the mattress was directly placed on the floor (an elevated part). All around the mattress was full of bits and pieces of rubbish and hair. The room had no window and you could literally hear whatever happens in the corrdior and other rooms.

Review 2：Well I chose this hotel only due to its proximity to the airport, and it was fairly close next to a jam-free and convenient route to the hotel. The hotel also arranged a good taxi service to the airport. Bathroom was clean.

Review 3：Airport shuttle service not running as advertised. Evening staff did not know this and offered a shuttle for rm30, instead a metered taxi arrived next morning and staff agreed a set fee of rm40. As the metered taxi journey to hotel cost just 25 I reported the taxi driver for not using his meter but hotel should not have agreed the fee. Hotel room smelled of smoke due to previous inconsiderate customers. No view in deluxe room. Nothing to do in the area.

Review 4：Cheap price. Bathroom had a good shower and decent decoration.

Review 5：Although the hotel isn't expensive it's a bit far from the airport. Taxi cost from the airport to the hotel are expensive (42 ringgit during te day, 50 ringgit at night). This makes the total price for an overnight stay about the same as an hotel at the airport itself.

Review 6：Was only in this hotel in between flights at KLIA. Great staff. Room spacious and clean.

Review 7：for room for 3 people only 1 key card and 2 towels provided. They wanted to charge me for 3rd towel, but after i said "hello, i booked for 3 people", they gave me one more. A taxi back to the airport cost me more than the one from airport. The room i got was far worse than what i saw on pics when booking but however large enough for 3 people. All in all its anok place to spend overnight in between tour flights.

Review 8：The price and location. The young boy at reception was charmingly smiling all the time.

Review 9：1. Room smelled like it hasn't been cleaned for years. 2. Bedding smelled like it was never washed for ages. 3. Overall smell was like 100 sweaty people used that room for years without cleaning it. 4. Noise was unbelievable 5. You will be asked to pay a deposit which was never mention on booking.com in the first place.

Review 19：It was in a nowhere type of outcrop. 4 very mediocre 'microwave warmed' restaurants around the crop of about six high rise hotels. Felt a bit like an industrial estate. Just use it as a fairly clean place to sleep in a room big enough to unpack your bags. Our room had no window, not that there would have been a view.

Review 29：Glasses in the room smelled horribly and were unusable. The hotel is isolated and, except for one little (quite unpresentable) "reastaurant" there was nothing in sight. Very very dirty surroundings around the hotel and a "store" where they sold us a bad coca cola, even though we bought it in a plastic bottle. Bathroom and the room are divided just by a glass partition which is open up and down so the other person in the room can hear and smell everything.

Review 30：I liked that we had a window as opposed to our friends one floor below. Although there is nothing to see through the window because it's in a very dirty secluded area. The bathroom was ok (although again we had a larger bathroom than our friends, who had trouble bathing because the shower was literally above the toilet). The bed was large and comfortable. The hotel is good for one night.

Review 35：Aircon didnt cool the room. Bathroom stunk of urine. Wifi didnt work at all. Hotel taxi driver ripped me and a fellow passenger off, ignoring the signs they had printed in the lobby. We had no choice but to pay more than double the advertised cost as we had to make our flights.
