Review 1：No ski room. Yes. NO SKI ROOM. They have a ski shuttle but no ski room. No cleaning service over 2 nights of stay. Not even a towel change. Restaurant could look/be organised much better but the food is good.

Review 3：Really wasn't very clean. Other than change the towels I'm not sure if the cleaner did anything in the three nights we were there. The rooms was slightly dated with paint flaking off the walls and the bar and restaurant price are ridiculous 55lei for a cheese burger

Review 5：Weaknesses: no channel list for TV, no electricity plugs next to bed, no ashtray or furniture in the balcony, WiFi only in loby, pricely as all Poiana Bv venue.

Review 6：Strengths: clean and nice rooms, very large bed, great mountain view, good open breakfast, quiet area, good mobile data coverage, very nice SPA with large swimming indoor pool. As family with small children which are not enjoing entrainment in restaurants or pubs we find out very useful the SPA center when outside get dark or very cold. Access to the SPA and fitness center is included in the room price. Poiana Mare Resort is located in the proximity of the Poiana Bv center, located on one quite hill so walking back to hotel could be a trial.

Review 9：The hotel was maybe only 30% full and the breakfast area was quite small ... which meant it was hard to find a place to sit and the tables were not reset very quickly. The swimming pool was nice but over half of it was very deep which was pointless since you were not allowed to jump or dive into it. We booked and paid for 3 nights but had to change our booking and only stayed for 2 nights ... I'm ok losing the money for the 3rd night if they are full and lose out on renting out the room, but I dislike any hotel with the policy to not refund the unused night when they are not full and the room would have been empty regardless.

Review 29：1) Micul dejun jalnic si nu vreau sa spun mai mult. Pacat de cele 4 stele - din acest punct de vedere nici 2 stele nu merita. 2) Era plin de personae de o alta etnie, zgomotosi si multi, foarte multi. Nu ma mai cazez aici in viata mea.
