Review 1：None of the staff I dealt with had any English but they were helpfulwithin the constraints of language. No wifi. Parking is difficult butyou can park very cheaply in the underground carpark of the As AmericasHotel about 1km up the Avenue.
Review 2：Clean, very adequate room with a useable terrace. Very well positionedclose to the canal, restaurants, etc. You don't need a car formost things.
Review 3：Our room was tiny, we had to squeeze to get past the bed because the room was so narrow. There were only 4 staff members, so reception was always empty and you had to ring a bell outside the hotel to get someone's attention so the bell was constantly being rung which we could hear from our room. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Review 5：It was central, pretty quiet and close to restaurants if you want to stay for a night or two. Nothing special though, breaky fills the spot. staff are great at making sure your comfortable and the place is tidy. Had no dramas here.

Review 10：The hotel wa right in the centre and near the main canal, lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were really helpful. Our room was lovely and had a view over the street. The breakfast was super too. Our car was parked at the sister hotel in a secure environment
