Review 1：Not enough parking spots (rezervation available only for high rollers). The rooms require an urgent renovation (falling door handles and wall plug). The pool area should be heated more.

Review 3：The bathroom was not so clean and there were some issues at the sink (they were solved as requested). And also in the bathroom the ventilation was not working properly.

Review 4：The fact that the staff was well prepaired and answered imediatelly at all our reqest. We have been treated very nice by every employee.

Review 5：at 5 pm they don't know if the traditional restaurant will be open or not in the evening, renovation of some rooms with workers carring furniture in the elevatators is not a pleasent feeling

Review 8：- poor service, breakfast only with room card (staff explained this as a prevention if we were too many in the room?!?), towels for pool only with special coins from reception (you find out about this while at the pool, explanation being prevention against stealing towels), restaurant service poor (prosecco served warm, because they did not have room in the fridge??!??), bathroom poorly equiped (leaking shower, door not closing properly)

Review 10：The F&B service is the worse that I ever had! Found plastic wrap inmy salad,when I addressed to the staff they seemed to be concerned,butthe manager of the restaurant said"what you want me to do aboutit?" all restaurants in the hotel was either booked for groups orthe tables was reserved for somebody, my wife and my friends was forcedto eat somewhere else for the 2 days. On 32 degrees I was told that theac is working only in the suits not in the normal rooms. There was notoilet paper in the room on check in, no house keeping was done to therooms during our stay.

Review 11：The spa therapists and the facilities were grate! Me and my wife hadmany massages around the world , but this therapist was one of the best!Front desk staff ( Andrea ) was very helpful.

Review 13：All staff very nice and child-friendly. Spacious room, clean, high-quality furnishings. 4 Indoor and outdoor pools (2 for adults, 2 for children). The ones for children are extra heated. Big outdoor child playground. Indoor kindergarten.

Review 14：The room was not a 4 stars room. The Hotel must be gerenoveerd. The furniture looks old. We stayed at the 5th floor and everytime we have to wait 15 minutes for hot water (to have a shower). The parking is very small for such a big hotel, but the staff helps you and they find always a place to park your car. The wifi is poor, although they have on each floor wif the connection is very poor.

Grumpy personnel who did not speak English and was surprised that this is needed. There was raining inside the restaurant and there were no menus in English. Bathroom was not cleaned properly at check in and breakfast was average, same everyday. Parking boys asked for tip to keep a front parking space.

Review 33：We stayed many times at this hotel and its family friendly. There is definitely a good restaurant and hotel management. Staff at breakfast fast was even too prompt. Spa was also good with fair discount, good massage staff.

Review 36：bed was extremely uncomfortable as 2 singles been pushed together. The worst thing was the noise level. For the last 3 nights of our holiday we had no sleep. It was so loud. On our last night we had to be up at 4am to catch our flight back to uk and the music was still going. Such a shame :0 ( great hotel but would not stay here again because of this. Will defo be back to resort for skiing next year though!

Review 37：Fabulous location. Lovely resort for skiing. Beautiful area & wonderful view from our balcony. Food great & spa was fantastic.

Review 38：Tired building, living on past glories. Reeks of stale cigarette smoke in public parts due to Romanians addiction to chain-smoking. Restaurant management could not organise a proverbial p-up in a brewery. We struggled to get a table for the 6 of us all week and were on one occasion directed to a table in an over-flow room where the staff were already packing away the buffet. Limited b/fast choice, but okay for max. one week. Booked 2x double and 1x twin, but ended up with 3x twin; I don't think they understand the difference! Chambermaid had serious BO issues and never changed our glasses for clean ones. Wireless kept on freezing. Luckily, the router was located right next to my room so I managed to get into the riser cupboard and reset the router when necessary. Check-out was incredibly slow and we almost missed our connection because of this.

Review 39：Walking distance of Bradul piste (15-20 mins) or free hotel shuttle if desired, and this piste is ideal for beginners. Main station (Club Rossignol) another 5-6 minutes walk (also served by free hotel shuttle). Staff were generally excellent (except smelly chambermaid who never replaced glasses in room). Great sauna - always hot and room for up to 12-16 people, plus a 25m pool and a small jacuzzi. Multiple restaurants onsite if desired, although we never visited them as there are several excellent private restaurants within 25-30 minutes walk.

Review 40：- room small and old.. need refurbishment - poor hygiene : dirty toilette, dusty and old mattress - worst service ever: staff super rude, waiting one hour for the food. They are busy and they don't care about the people that spend a lot of money for nothing. -Valentina the receptionist super arrogant !!

Review 48：Very old and dusty - dirty interior - furniture, fittings, carpets, painting of the walls etc. Dirty bed linings - blood stains :-( The staff was neglecting - they left our luggages outside for 5 min unattended; i had to tell them 3 time to send us extra sheets in our room.

Review 49：Zero flexibility in all the requests, maintly related to food requests for the kid. Nothing was possible. Price for a weekly night was more expenssive then a week-end night. I will definetly not come back to this hotel.

Review 51：Good position of the hotel, possible to park even if it appears to be quite difficult. Nice view from the balcony. If you can, ask a room with balcony, even in the winter. Room clean, cozy, nice bathroom with bathtub. Good spa area, with a big swimming pool.

Review 52：- restaurant has much higher expectations than it really is - you have to cross the lobby to go downstairs to the spa - some things are reminding still of the comunist era - the parking place is a pain, though it could be acceptable taking into account the hotel position itself. - the room heat cannot be turned off (double checked with other visitors)

Review 55：The pool is great, the wifi is great. very clean rooms & bath, nice bar and restaurant where you also get a discount for staying in the hotel. good breakfast. The bar was non-smoking, which was a great plus! Free valet parking!

Review 57：It is a great hotel with stylishly decorated rooms, great view from the balcony, good breakfast, friendy staff. Several restaurants, bars to suit every taste. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and cosy.

Review 58：The furniture was quite old, although pretty well maintained, also the covers on the bed had a funny rancid smell. The door wasn't closing properly and all the noise from the hallway could be heard inside. Also the main parking was completely full when we arrived, and we had to leave the car in the secondary parking, which was a few hundred meters away from the hotel. The upper floor hasn't got elevator access.

Review 59：The view and the spa are wonderful, also the club downstairs is quite nice. I recommend the aromatherapy massage at the spa, followed by a few minutes in the relaxation room. Also we received from the hotel a bottle of nice french wine as a gift for st Andrew's day, which was very kind of them. The breakfast was pretty nice, with almost everything you'd want - except for honey.

Review 70：What I liked the most are the services and the breakfast. Parking valet, various programs for children, a lot of children playing grounds, excellent spa (pool, jacuzzi, massage, gym, etc). The breakfast was rich and I cannot describe it in words, everything you wanted you could find here.

Review 71：Some of the staff at the reception desk was horrible. Although located in Transylvania, you don't see too many Transylvanians around. Majority are from Wallachia with a totally different education level and attitude. The pool is great but needs to be cleaned more often and the staff doesn't oversee and ensure that at least some swimming lanes are available. At the jacuzzi the water is not hot and people stay for hours

Review 75：Small parking, full of cars, difficult to find a place. Too many noisy children, without any parental supervision. Poor room cleaning service, the maid did not checked the balcony, where we left some beer cans and ashtray full of cigarettes. Quite expensive restaurants, but the hotel clients can benefit of a 25% discount.

Review 76：The hotel is definitely beyond the Romanian standards. Good reception, good service in the restaurant... Good position in Poiana Brasov resort, good view. The swimming pool is also great, but sometimes too many kids there. Recommended for families, but not too much to romantic couples... Nevertheless, we will come back if they hotel will continue with reasonable prices.

Review 77：Not a good location for week-ends when almost every time a wedding party is organized in the restaurant and outside. If you have your room on that side, no windows open etc. since the noise is to loud. No AC in the rooms. I would rate the hotel as 3* hotel, not 4*.
