Reviews for Capsule by Container Hotel
Review 1:Not too clean like 1st time i stayed there on May 2015..and a bit noisy..so i cannt sleep well
Review 2:I choose capsule container cos the location is strategic..
Review 3:The only thing that could really make my stay better next time is some type of air flow. Maybe a fan in the capsule at least as I found it a bit hot and uncomfortable.
Review 4:A great option for a break between flights. The bed is so comfy. I'll be back.
Review 5:Some capsule are lacking of privacy especially the ones facing outside. Passerby, not guests can look in from the outside as the blinds are not effective even with the light off.
Review 6:Conveniently located.
Review 7:Lack of amenities bag making shower room use very difficult. Not sure how this item can be out of stock and the management can't even find some plastic bag as back up. Or else shower room should be improve with more hooks to hang clothes and towel.
Review 8:Location right at the airport is perfect!
Review 9:The line took a long time to get through for checking in. I only had a short amount of time between flights and I spent a good portion waiting in the line
Review 10:I liked the location...so close to the airport was super helpful, the place was nice and simple. I really enjoyed it.
Review 11:Not really. Just the bookings have to be done in advance.
Review 12:It was clean and sufficiently equipped. Perfect place to stay if you have a halt/layover in KL airport.
Review 13:The staff at the front weren't so attentive it's like I had to keep getting their attention to talk to them after standing directly in front of them for a few minutes...like they couldn't even see me ...was disappointing really, they just need to learn to be attentive and smile:)
Review 14:The rooms upstairs were really nice and not as noisy as downstairs due to aircon, beds are super comfy love it!
Review 15:The only problem I had was the time it took to get out through security and immigration to get to the hotel and then back in again to take my flight. It's not clear in the description of the hotel that you have to leave the airport to get there even though it is still in the airport.
Review 16:Very good for getting some sleep between flights. Good to get a shower too.
Review 17:The hotel is located in the domestic departure zone. International transit passenger is expected to leave the transit zone, go through the passport control and customs and walk around 30 minutes through the enormous and messy airport. There is the airport's major ventilation system going right through the property, which creates a lot of noise. Earplugs are no help. People in the cells around are noisy, too. The staff will ask for cash (in MYR) or will hold your ID as a garantee that you will return them their towel! Getting back for the connection flight involves again a lot of walking, and several long ques for the security checks. Overall, it's easier to relax and have a sleep on the floor of the transit zone.
Review 18:A place to lie down
Review 19:its a bit stuffy and hot .. not sure if its because of the central ac not functioning or that it is should be..hope that the staff will be more friendly and warm ..:
Review 20:its a good idea to build such hotel for transit in airport .. beware when u stand .. u may hit on the ceiling
Review 21:Required deposit which was not on Booking.com,false info! I said no and they asked to hold my passport, are you joking? Finally took my drivers license. Showers ate extra!
Review 22:Was in the airport which is convenient for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Review 23:Sheared bathroom is a bit dirty especially in the late night.
Review 24:As it's located in the airport, it's convenient for the early morning flight. Also the mattress is very comfortable. Nice for short stay.
Review 25:真夜中に空港到着しても朝までゆっくりできる.設備はキレい. You can stay there and have a rest until morning even if you arrive at the airport in midnight. Equipment there is all new and clean.
Review 26:I was lucky that other traveler not very noisy. However it's still noisy from the outside and couldn't sleep well without earplug. And when i stayed one of the female bathroom were broken
Review 27:I like the cleanlines and the unique design. What we need as a traveler in transit are completed
Review 28:A bit overpriced
Review 29:It was really convenient to spend the night between my flights right in the airport. The hotel staff was nice. The capsule was quite spacious for a capsule, the mattress soft and comfortable with clean bedsheets. Wi Fi was OK too. I also liked the design of the hotel.
Review 30:BE WARNED: you MUST go through customs, which means lines and stamp in your passport. It is not located behind customs. If you're okay with this then you will find it an adequate place to rest. The sheets, however, are not changed with every new customer. There is a blind to pull down for some privacy. It doesn't replace a hotel, but good for a few hours. The showers could do with a bit of a clean. Bring your thongs.
Review 31:A small place to relax for some hours.
Review 32:The toilet was surprisingly nice and they have water hose compared to some hotels. The small space is really nice to just move around, not many movement to go toilet and out, etc.
Review 33:Booking through booking.com is not friendly. I wanted couple's room but option was not available. Only available in website. Should have the option on booking.com as well. But that aside, everything else was satisfactory and convenient.
Review 34:It would be great if the bathrooms and shower rooms were not so cramped, and more stalls would be good too for the amount of beds they have. I'm guessing it gets crowded during full capacity!
Review 35:Great location. Comfy mattress. Good seating and reading lounge area. You can find, eat and buy everything you need at the 24 hour open KLIA1 airport. Perfect for rest and recharge before your next flight.
Review 36:- Waited half an hour at 1am in the midnight to check in - Very noisy with the vetination fan and from other cubes.
Review 37:- Location: just down on at the KLIA2 ground level; - Clean
Review 38:Female dorm at 2nd level, the air con's pipe right above us. The noise from there were more than enough to made me stay awake for the whole night. When I finally sleep at 3am, I woke up late and almost missed my plane at 6am
Review 39:I like their cleanliness and their hot shower. After long flight, having a proper hot shower before going to bed wete one of my fav thing.
Review 40:the toilet interior seems dirty but its not but when im in there, i dont feel comfortable but it's just a feeling tho. some people just too loud, but it's just it is..
Review 41:i like the concept, i like the dorm 12hours. like the locker, i like the bed, comfortable yes.
Review 42:I had to pay twice. Even though I already paid to Booking.com, they still asked me to pay again. Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff. As soon as I return from my holiday, I'll lodge a formal complaint against booking.com.
Review 43:Nothing
Review 44:the waiting time for check in.the staff is not friendly.
Review 45:it is very convenience, just inside KLIA2.the room is bigger & more comfortable than i expect
Review 46:A little bit pricey, but the idea of the hostel make it worth it.
Review 47:Great location, awesome concept, clean environment, inside the airport building, efficient check in system
Review 48:Toilet, bcoz abit dirty. Abit dangerous as I sleep near the gate. will have some guys go inside gals hostel.
Review 49:The environment. especially the small library.
Review 50:if you arrive at KLIA 1 late in the night you have to extra pay a taxi (train don't drive no more) and drive 5 min to KLIA 2, that was a little annoying but not the end of the world.
Review 51:all in all i was pretty satisfied, clean, not loud at all, but i arrived at 2 am and left 8 am... so it was ok. it did its purpose :)
Review 52:This place is so freaking CUTE!! i wish i can stay longer. the capsule itself (no 218) just makes me dont wanna wake up the next morning. so comfy. and to the staff, i give 2 thumbs up!!
Review 53:People aren't very mindful about noise when coming and going. But they do supply earplugs if you ask.
Review 54:Was a great little place to freshen up and have a rest mid transit.
Review 55:i called in advanced to notify them my arrival time as that was required yet when i arrived there, i was told that they did not expect me. So i had to wait a bit amongst the confusion after having travelled long hours and feeling extremely exhausted, all i needed was a bed. So did not appreciate that at all.
Review 56:The facility was as it described for travellers to catch a quick nap and freshen up during a transit. Lived up to my expectations overall. Would use it again.
Review 57:The end of the Corridor is See through. I saw a man passing by early in the morning. He disappeared as soon as he noticing me.
Review 58:A phone to an automatic wecker, a mirror folded to the wall, two hangers close to entrance, automatic Light, socket to charge cell phone. It was relatively Quiet that night, comfortable Bed.
Review 59:The house keeping make noise from night till mid night 12am till 3am...I can hear people walking around on top of my container with noise of bin bin bang bang...really feel very frustrated through out the whole night and cant sleep make me feel very dizziness at tomorrow...Will never ever choose this capsule hotel anymore...poor management on house keeping....and no consideration for guest......waste my money...
Review 60:Convenience
Review 61:The staff not friendly. Please train your staff and improved on their willingness to help customer on registration process.
Review 62:Clean, comfort and reasonable price
Review 63:Noise in the night. Difficult to sleep with people entering and leaving the container all around the night. Avoid beds close to the entrance, no sleep guaranteed.
Review 64:Location
Review 65:The Capsule hotel is not inside the international transit area!! You will need to pass through immigration and walk about 15min through the Transport Hub (shopping mall). I was so lost I asked for directions 5 times and called them twice - they were very unhelpful!
Review 66:Very comfortable beds (with two pillows) in a small but well proportioned capsule space. Clean with WIFI, good value for money and nice hot showers
Review 67:soap and shampoo in the bathroom should be checked regularly, especially when there are many guests.
Review 68:the location is good for a short transit. the price also reasonable for a transit place.
Review 69:Bathroom needs a lot of work.. Drains are always blocked and water runs along floor from showers into toilets .. Like 4"deep
Review 70:Love the minimalist design and clever use of industrial meterals
Review 71:the place overall is actually nice. surprisingly the bed is quite comfortable just block out the noise it's quite alright. the toilets/showers were okay too, especially the showers.
Review 72:As everybody goes on s hort period there is always noise around. Always new commers and people livincg. The problem is not being a dorm, but the fact that there is no time limit for check in or check out meaning there will be people around making lot of noise making sleeping impossible. Unluckily, my neighbour was a terrible snorer... i did not sleep for s single minute... a pure waste of money!
Review 73:Great location (inside the airport) and clean
Review 74:During my stay, only one cubicle is working, so visitors take turns. I didn't expect that the aircon is not that cold. If you will close the slider you will not feel the cold anymore. Honestly i slept half naked, only wearing my boxer short.
Review 75:First because it is inside the airport, so i will not rush anymore going to airport from a hotel outside the airport.
Review 76:Some visitors are still making noise during sleep time. Capsule hotel should put a board to remind the guests to be silent at all the time. I still can hear chitchat talk during 12am! Especially China travellers!
Review 77:The design, cleanliness
Review 78:too noisy, but i know thats not up to management. front desk dude seemed indifferent, too formal.
Review 79:the comforter was cool and comfortable. two pillows per person was a blessing.
Review 80:Understand the limitation of the hotel, but it was really too noisy to sleep in. Booked this for a brief transit hoping to get good rest after shower, but the noise of people walking and talking made this impossible. Maybe a rest in public lounge or seating area would be of better option next time. The staff also mistakenly issued the wrong room key (to an occupied room) but it was rectified later.
Review 81:Location.
Review 82:The internet was a bit slow and unstable. It would be better if the person who cleaned the woman area was also a woman. I was really surprised when I woke up because I saw a man in the woman area. Turned out he was a cleaning staff.
Review 83:The staffs were friendly and helpful. It was also cheap.
Review 84:It was clean when I arrived on evening, but when I got up in themorning the female bathroom was a disaster. Could be cheaper, it'sstill a dorm.
Review 85:Nice, comfortable cabin, easy to find on the level 1 klia2. The cheapestoption at the airport.
Review 86:No feel of safety. I was afraid to leave my belongings in the capsule, coz you can't lock it. Every time I had to go somewhere I had to bring my stuff to the reception and use the locker. The aircon is quite noisy and cold (probably it's my problem - I'm always cold) I also found somebody's hair in my bed... ok couple... ok on my pillow and under the sheets. I'm glad I didn't have to sleep there.
Review 87:Shampoo and shower gel in the shower cabins Helpful staff Ok for 6 hours short stay
Review 88:The noise and the activity going on around you as you're trying to sleep. And I find it way too far from the immigration, need to set off earlier to make it in time for our next flight
Review 89:Quite a comfy cubicle with a nice foldable counter with mirror so women doesn't have to cramp in the relatively small toilet
Review 90:couldn't find my way to the place from KLIA2 arrival hall... No signage...
Review 91:Location very convinient for travellers on transit or need a quik nap. The cabin was clean
Review 92:Sludge around sink plug horrible. Facilities at "Malaysian" level of cleanliness. Which isn't quite clean enough. Capsule spotless.
Review 93:Convenience. Security. Bottle of water. Plug for phone. Thongs. Great value. Helpful staff.
Review 94:I stayed here on two different nights. My first container was great; however, someone was playing music too loudly and it is generally loud as people are constantly moving about. The second container was on the ground level and even noisier. I also felt like I didn't have much privacy
Review 95:Capsule by Container Hotel is great....the wifi is good; they give you a towel plus a locker and even their showers are good enough. The price is worth it if you want the convenience of being close to the airport; otherwise hotels in Malaysia are generally quite cheap.
Review 96:The smell in the toilet/bathroom. It's quite stuffy though stated with aircond. They are using centralised aircond. If I pull the blind and on the capsule light at the same time, I could not have privacy because the blind will become transparent.
Review 97:The bed is comfortable n clean.
Review 98:Overall experience was good but if you are not a deep sleeper, it might be difficult for you to get into sleep. As there are ppl checking in and out anytime and walking up and down. But for a short rest between your flight transit, it should be good enough.
Review 99:The room was more spacious than what I expected. Good facilities
Review 100:6hrs stay meant i had to check in at 12am for my 7am flight. 8 or 10 hrs would have been more convenient. earplugs are necessary as there's a lot of traffic.
Review 101:totally comfortable and clean. felt great. even had rainfall showerheads, and they provide earplugs too. great idea for an overnight stay if you're taking an early morning flight.
Review 102:Too noisy (but they provide free ear plugs if you ask), no breakfast included.
Review 103:Super comfortable bad, high tech design facility and location just in the terminal 2 of KLIA made my choice!
Review 104:There is only a blind separating your sleeping area from the outside so I didn't get a very good night's sleep with people shuffling around and talking outside at all hours of the night. I expected a proper door to shut off the room from all the other capsules. Ear plugs should bee included in the packs instead of making you go down to reception because who wants to get up in their pyjamas and go to reception at 2am in the morning when it gets noisy?
Review 105:Free toothbrush and toothpaste. Nice design for bathroom. Very clean sleeping area
Review 106:It was so noisy. Some people really don't respect the quiet rules. I have stayed there twice now and am due to stay a third time, I just home that people are more respectful this time.
Review 107:-quite hard to find actually if you have no idea how to go to Level 1. but of course you can always ask around. guards would be helpful! -noise from surrounding. BUT they give you earplugs. i slept just fine without wearing any! :P
Review 108:-they gave you a shoulder bag containing free mineral water, earplugs, slippers and towel. only towel needs to be returned at check out -bed and pillow is super comfy! -you will love it i promise. just make sure you book a week ahead to make sure you get a spot!
Review 109:The Capsule hotel was not easy to get to. There were no signs directing you where to go. I kept having to ask people at the airport. It took almost 30-40 minutes to find it. And with a short layover, it may not have been worth staying there if your wasting precious time trying to find it.
Review 110:I like the whole concept of the transit sleeper. The sleeper was comfortable and cozy.
Review 111:Keep silent warning not much available around the corridors People make noise when walking around at above level
Review 112:Bathing stuff more complete with free tooth brush
Review 113:There is no obvious sign board in the airport that direct travellers to the capsule, I didn't even know it is at which floor. Toilet is rather small, gonna be a long wait if all the capsules are fully occupied. Toilet floor is rather slippery too, careful!
Review 114:Location is good for travellers arriving late at KLIA2. Bed and pillow is so comfy, the noise from the transport hub didn't bother me as I was exhausted after my trip. The capsule is very thoughtful, they provide towel, slipper, toothbrush and a bottle of drinking water during check-in, it is all essential needs for one night stay! Container style design is good, quite spacious in the female dorm.
Review 115:The air conditioner quite warm not cold enough
Review 116:I like how it is great for those who transit and needed a bed to take a rest Hot water, great wifi, quiet, locker room Security Nice and cosy Strong wifi
Review 117:Can get too hot - lack of private air-conditioner, and slow service as theres only one concierge
Review 118:The comfortable capsule, convenient showers, and easily accessible power sockets
Review 119:The hotel should teach the travelers how to use the facilities. My neighbour who didn't know how to use the door had disturbed me when she was going in or out from her room.
Review 120:Overall is good.
Review 121:According to my parent, the room is noisy, can hear ppl walk in and out whole night, it's unfair to those who buy 12 hours from your hotel.
Review 122:Staff service is great.
Review 123:A little warm at times Some noise from other travellerscoming/going Full Viewinto dorm/capsules through glass fromoutside where coaches park
Review 124:Clean & comfortable Mains outlet for charging electronics Securelocker/storage Location within klia2 was perfect for a quickovernight stay
Review 125:Toilet floor too slippery. Becareful while u in a rush to the toilet.
Review 126:The bed was just comfortable, nice to have a short rest. And it's really convenience while the capsule hotel just located at the KLIA2.
Review 127:Toilet needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. Shower walls and floor are dirty.
Review 128:Great location. Good facilities for transit passengers to freshen up and catch a few hours of sleep. Flexible on usage period.
Review 129:Wifi not so good. And i think its a bit pricy.u can get a hotel room for a lesser price but perhaps due to the location so i'd still pay for it
Review 130:Location and simplicity
Review 131:Only criticism is that the locker provided was too small for a regular suitcase, only large enough for a cabin bag or small suitcase, therefore I had to take my suitcase into my capsule, making for crowding and unwelcome lifting up and down steps. However, staff willingly helped me in this.
Review 132:I really liked the location, just inside the front door of KLIA2. Previously, when for Air Asia flights, I had to use the Tune Hotel at LCCT terminal, or spend overnight downtown, or even camp in the departures lounge, these options were most inconvenient and uncomfortable or expensive. The bed at Container Capsule was comfortable, free Wi-Fi, and location provided easy access to meals or snacks within the terminal. Good value for money
Review 133:Sometimes noisy but you can ask ear plug at receptionist. They will help you.
Review 134:Location is perfect. Just next to board check in counter. Bed is comfort, linen smell is so nice and tidy. Free wifi signal is strenght in every area.
Review 135:Not obvious how to find Level 1 from Arrivals. A map or directions would help a weary traveller! Rather noisy Chinese group at 6am - may help if staff reminded groups to be quiet inside.
Review 136:Easy walk - basically inside terminal. Food shops close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Tables to sit and use net. Felt safe.
Review 137:Oh my god the noise! How did you think it was a good idea to make a hotel next to what sounded like a loud car engine! I wear earplugs and i could still hear it. Also, they charge for left luggage which was a bit of a bummer.
Review 138:The beds are comfortable, and you cant beat the location, 5 min walk from the arrivals
Review 139:White blinds. Silhouette can be seen from outside when the lights are on.
Review 140:The room is surprisingly comfortable and spacious! Lockers are provided. Bathroom is clean. Had a good sleep! Staff is accommodating.
Review 141:I didn't mind the traffic noise, but the noise from the walking traffic and crying kids deter sleeps.
Review 142:The place is pretty cool, clean and has excellent wifi.
Review 143:when I arrived, the staff was discussing something and seems like ignoring me standing at the concierge. When I said hello only then they said pls wait.
Review 144:location , cleanliness, bed and price
