Review 1：The hotel feels old and dated; broken tiles in the bathroom; the furniture needs repairing; old TV in the room; the staff is rude, uninterested and uninvolved; the food was great in the first evening; the second evening the food was old and cold and we got food sick.

Review 2：Excellent location, close to winter sloap, beautiful surroundings, spaceous parking. Decent breakfast - but not 5 stars. The spa is ok, but not amazing. The rooms, lobby, etc are very big and spacious.

Review 6：Splendid location, magnificent mountain view. Huge room furnished with imperial magnificence. Comfortable king size bed. Spacious bathroom equipped with ample corner bathtub. Both rooms and bathrooms are well lit for convenient reading and/or makeup. Breakfast catering options are abundant. À la carte dining over the Lake Mioriţa (in English: The Little Ewe) offers delicious dishes made of the finest ingredients: a great pleasure for all those being fond of good fare. Helpful, polite, young and smart staff. Excellent price to value ratio.

Review 7：Wonderful 5 stars hotel, great positioned in the center of Poiana Brasov with the best view towards the lake and the ski slope. Rooms are large with classy furniture, Very friendly staff, very helpful. We had a welcome surprise consisting in two glass of wine, fruits, juice and peanuts. Dinner at the traditional restaurant was great. Breakfast is very variate. Very nice pool.

Review 8：The room was cold and had no heater or airconditioning. A portable heater promptly came when we complained. There were 2 roads leading to the hotel. The actual entrance for the car to drop off our bags looked like a back entrance- non-descript - which we thought was a loading bay for goods. It took us one big round and we almost drove down a flight of steps which looked like a driveway to the front of the hotel!

Review 9：We were a party of 3 and so booked the room with 2 queen beds. The room was very spacious and could easily sleep 4 persons or more.

Review 10：Not enough places for breakfast, there were people waiting for available tables. The sofas and the armchairs were in a poor condition. They should definitely change these pieces of furniture.

Review 28：The hotel is nice but not worth 5 stars, the bathroom smelled of mold pretty bad , the shower was covered with limestone and shot water everywhere especially because there was no bathroom curtain . One of the restaurants was closed on the first night and the service was poor, and the second night at 11 were both closed . And the bar was also closed , they couldn`t even offer a glass of water. We had to take a cab for 13 km to the Brasov City and buy something to drink and eat.

The towels are old and no towels at the swimming pool - unless you ask for it. The staff is not service minded. It looks like they behave indifferent. Distressing . This is obviously not a 5 stars hotel.

Review 69：1) very noisy hotel with children running unsupervised on the halls, talking and laughing near apartament doors; 2) same situation in the restaurant and pool; 3) by 9 am when we went for breakfast there was not enough food left, only leftovers which were slowly replaced; 4) small and unheaten pools; 5) the room gets very cold during the night even though the heat was left on; 6) not enough tables in the restaurant and the ones upstairs were not open for the guests

Review 73：The services were inacceptable: we had no towels when we arrived and had to aks at the reception to get them, during the three days of stay the room was never cleaned, nobody removed the garbage, and when we were out ot toilet paper we had to chase the clean lady to get some. The traditional restaurant is very kitchy and the waiters rude.
