Review 2：Simple, clean, spacious rooms. Wifi is fast and reliable. Well located - a pleasant stroll into the centre and area for restaurants etc.

Review 15：I appreciated the quiet, relaxed, small hotel atmosphere. The bedroom was relatively spacious and comfortable; the bathroom was modern and scrupulously clean. Hotel staff were friendly and professional in their attention to guests.

Review 16：The booking upgrade offered through Booking.com was not worth the extra cost, but then, we did not see the "standard" room! Town is unimpressive, go farther north to Porto, or stop south at Coimbra. Local café had heavy indoor smoking

Review 26：Babies are not welcome in this hotel (at least our baby) : baby bed is charged for EUR 5.-/night, no baby chair in a breakfast room. Personnel is hurry to finish their service : breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10am but 10:15 am, light is turned off to get people leave the room ....

Review 101：* I arrived just before 1 o'clock and the receptionist told me that it was not possible to check-in before 2 P.M. She didn't even bother to check if my room was ready or not. * The check-in took way too long. The receptionist spent a lot of time typing in my data + extra minutes to prepare an invoice. * The location is a bit far from the centre. * There are no shops/cafes near the hotel. * They give you a wifi code that gives you 1.6Gb of free transfer. If you need more, you have to pay 3 euro. It should be enough for most tourists, but that's bad news if you have to download a lot of heavy files.

Review 104：I attended an event organized in the University of Aveiro, and visited Aveiro by car. The hotel is situated in a residential area and has lots of free parking around. And it is very close to the University.

Review 105：I just didn't liked the fact of being charged for the total price of the reservation in the same moment of making it, and the fact that it isn't refundable if canceled. They could charge when reserving but not the all price.

Review 106：Nice breakfast, nice room, good location, 500 mt from the ria, and about 5-10 min. walking to the city center (not running). It's inserted in a nice and calm location with free parking at the front door. The staff is good and the accommodations also. A good hotel.

Staff were quite helpful, but tourist information was very limited. Breakfast was very good, wide choice. No other meals available. As a one-night stop-over the Hotel Jardim is very good.

Review 115：While we stayed at hotel Jardim they were doing some serious maintenance (heavy drilling-activities). When I made the reservation I wasn't told about this; not by booking.com nor by the hotel. This is not how hotels should do bussiness. It shows no respect for the guests. The result of the maintenance is lovely though. The area in which the hotel is situated is one of studentflats, which also could use some maintenance.
