Review 1：A no go! Especially If you are a woman. Some things in the discriptionaren't right. Like that there is no shuttle at all. There was alsono wifi! So I could not reach the hotel...or anyone else. I did not hearanything from the casa hotel after i've send a email about a weekbefore i've booked. I had a few questions. A taxi is 50 rm and only50. So to and back to the hotel is 100 rm. The staff was...weird. Onemen kept on looking at me verry scary and kept repeating 'sisterholland'. I think he also wanted my phone number. A other men, hisco-worker named Pureen, who 'helpt' me wanted to give me aspecial discount and bring me to the airport the next day. He lied andhe wasn't there. Te place is too far from the airport: about 18 kmin another town! Next to the hotel is a restaurant. Another men came tome said he could bring me to the airport for 10 rm. When I asked why,and wich business (do you have, like, a card of your business? Of theorganisation?) he quicly run away. So creepy. I could also hear tru thewalls...someone was snoring really bad, a clock, even the tv fromanother room. You also have to pay 10rm per hour after 12:00 pm. So ifyour flight is late, like mine (23:15 pm) you have to pay a lot or youare doomed to stay in the airport (i've been there for 10 hours). Donot go to this hotel! It is not worth your money.
Review 2：The bed and shower
Review 3：The floor was really dirty in our room. We took pictures of pubes all over the place. The toilet was nasty and the towels were stained. Our bed had several flying ants on it when we came in. Their 'airport shuttle' is more expensive than taking a share taxi (shuttle = 50 ringit, taxi = 28 ringit). The pickup shuttle never arrived to meet us at the airport, which is how we know the cost of the meter taxi.

Review 9：The hotel contact number is unreachable. Couldnt call to confirm the booking. Upon reaching, they couldnt give me the number of rooms as i request upon booking. And the reason they gave was they didnt get any notification from booking.com. Lastly we only get 9 person squeeze into 3 rooms with only two single beds and two queen bed.
Review 10：The name of hotel suggests the hotel is near to the airport, so booked this hotel but had a great difficulty in finding my way to the hotel as even the cab driver had no clue and the hotel by far is not near the airport.
