Review 1：This is a lovely hotel! it meets European standards and even better. Staff is great, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day and you have all you could need. It's a restful place, in the very centre of the city, close to important amenities. The food is excellent and plentiful. I will definitely go back there.

Review 5：Everything is quite new , well equiped, and very clean. The people who work there are very nice, help and answer every questions, most of them speak at least 3 languages, so its very professional. Breakfast is very rich, waitors refill everything very fast. The dinner is average , not big but enough portions. May i can say this is the best (or one of the best hotel) in this area, and very good price compare to the others. The location is perfect for 'citylife' but not for taking rest, because its in the middle of the town, so friday and saturday night are very noisy. So if u want silence , choose something in the middle of the nothing. You wont feel you are in romania in this hotel, but somewhere western europe or scandinavia.

Review 7：The spa was a disappointment. It is very pretty and well equipped but the Jacuzzi water were not hot, but lukewarm. The stem sauna was practically cold. The finn sauna was ok, but again not hot enough. Even though we asked to rise the temperature, they didn't. It seems that they have all the equipment to do it right but they don't... Maybe because we were the only couple in the spa at the time, so they didn't want to waste extra power to bring facilities to the right functionality...

Review 8：The breakfast was excellent. Large variety and very fancy and delicious. The hotel is very beautiful everything is new and good quality. Comfortable beds, fancy bathroom. We enjoined it very much.

Review 11：Didn't enjoy the massage. It was a male and a little bit awkward as he didnt leave the room when you were getting dressed or undressed and didn't immediately provide a towel to cover yourself. Perhaps this is the way in Romania but not what I am used to and a frequent user of massage.

Review 13：Parking was a bit of a hassle. Up in arriving it wasn't clear where to park. Turns put you need a staff member to open the gate which is on a side street - a one way street. Some signs or an email in advance warning you of this would be really helpful.

There was a choice of hotels in Targu Mures and I chose the Plaza mainly for its location and the pictures of your spa but I was positively surprised from the moment I arrived until the moment I left by the standards and quality of service.

Review 36：I asked for a smoking room, got a non-smoking one. The room was not warm enough in the night, staff was overall polite, but some a bit untrained and cold.

The staff were first class throughout the hotel in reception, cleaning, restaurant or bar areas. I was made very welcome by very pleasant staff. The hotel is in the centre of Targa Mures within easy walking distance of the historical sites. There are plenty of places for eating and drinking in the immediate area. I used the gym facilities during my stay and they were good with a selection of running and weights machines. The reception staff were particularly helpful in arranging my onward travel arrangements to Timisoara and for supplying me with a take away breakfast did to my early start. My first visit to Targa Mures. If I was returning I'd certainly stay at this accommodation. Thank you.

Review 39：we were a group of two families with little children, the staff wellcomed us very nicly, gave us to chose which room we prefered by showing the rooms on screen. The rooms were big very clear and very well supplied. The breakfast was wonderful and the location excellent. we loved every thing in it.

The bad was small and non comfortable, in fact the whole furniture has sharp edges and one has to move carefully in order to not get hurt. I understood that is ultra-modern, but it is appropriate for exhibition, not for live in it. At conclusion, small, dark, sharp and uncomfortable.

Review 114：The only detail I can think of was that I booked the room for single stay and the bed covers were single. I don't like small covers but this minor detail does not change my overall impression of the hotel (which is VERY good).
