Review 1：The road to the hotel, it is very very far from the center of Predeal and Partia Clabucet

Review 2：i liked the view, it was splendid, you can see the forest and the mountain covered in mist

Review 7：Staff was rude most of the time, at the time of our departure my son wanted to take a closer look at the fish tank inside the reception and stepped on some pebbles that were scattered around the tank and he and his mother were quickly rushed away by the receptionist with the only explanation being "you are not allowed!!!" Also the food served for breakfast seemed more like from a post-war canteen rather than a 3-star restaurant.

Review 9：hotel is degraded, prices are calculated at higher conversion, for example, euro was 4.40 and they charge me at 4.5 even if booking.com showing national currency. not fair for customers!!!

Review 13：two small elevators for a huge place the tv in my room was mounted almost on the ceiling... had to brake the neck to watch it (however i assume nobody will choose a hotel in a mountain resort for watching tv..) the place is overpriced

Review 15：The flatscreen tv's were mounted poorly, very high and in the top right of the room. They should buy some proper mounts and put them in front of the bed. The mattress could use an update, although they looked pretty new they weren't very high quality. The pillows as well. The bathroom could use an update/repair. The included breakfast was awful. The buffet wasn't varied at all and when we went to get breakfast at an hour and a half before closing there was almost nothing to eat. The only interesting thing was that they have a toaster. Do not pay extra for breakfast at this hotel if you can. The free parking can be full at times. The POS has been 'broken' since august last year.

Review 16：The view was awesome. The temperature on the rooms on the right side is lower. The rooms were pretty clean, the carpet was very soft and clean, even under the bed. The flat screen tv was a nice addition from last year's old, small and tube tv. Will probably come again.

Review 17：Asked for an upper stairs room for non-smokers and got an uggly ground floor room that smelled like tobaco dealers lived in there for 10 years. Bad smell, smashed sink, no air conditioning, dirty sheets, dirty balcony. The road to the hotel is a nightmare! It broked my car. Bad value for money!

Review 25：Staff didn't have good english (not a huge problem) but they also couldn't give us the name of an apres ski bar (maybe there are none). Location is poor. Wifi didn't work. The lift button on the 4th floor gave strong electric shocks. Given very little shampoo.

Review 27：IT wasn't the cleanest place but was decent... beds were way too soft, our backs were hurting but I think it's a taste thing, some people prefer softer beds... We didn't really care about wi-fi but we had a skype call one night that dropped a few times, but it wasn't a major issue...

Review 28：Beautiful location! If you manage to get a mountainside view, the view itself is worth the entire room rate! Not a bad distance, but need a car if you are planning to ski and go back and forth. Would definetely recommend!

Review 67：I couldn't sleep in the last night because of the loud music coming from the restaurant. Why did they accommodate us at the first floor if they were about to organize a wedding party in the base floor? Avoid the rooms from lower floors if you want to sleep well.

Review 72：the view on the right side of the hotel (where we stayed) is breathtaking. the room is ok, very good adjustable temperature, furniture ok, nothing fancy, bed sheets ok, fridge in the room and minibar restaurant ok with good food a 20min walk to the sky slope, but it's worth it because on the other hand you are near to a beautiful hiking road to Susai chalet and other touristic spots on the mountain. the street it is on is nice, does not have the same "sad" look as the rest of the city

Review 75：The staff in restaurant in the evening (we had been with half-board meals) were very unprofessional, we had to wait almost 1 hour for them to TAKE the order (also many others around us), because they claimed they didn't know that we haven't ordered :). As if it wasn't their job to know the people at their tables...anyway, I would return to this hotel, but I hope they'll change this in their restaurant.

The waiter and receptionist were rude when we asked a question about the restaurant bill, at check-out they were changing the furniture at the reception and they had the computer unplugged and they couldn't see how much we should pay for the restaurant meals, they were asking us if we have the bills....We stayed on 3rd floor so no great view, the location was not good for us and if you don't go there by car you will have to take a cab everytime you come back from the city as the hotel is on top of a hill. On the corridors there are lights with sensors an one night they were not working so it was completely dark; we had to use the mobile phones to find the elevator. I don't recommend the restaurant, a lady at another table fond a huge worm in her salad!!!!

Review 87：The elevator doesn't always work.There are a lot of broken things in the room: bedlamp, socket adapter, phone. The fridge isn't plugged in when you arrive so you have to do it yourself, while finding out that it takes 2 hours to actually work as a fridge. Our socket adapter was also broken so we had to play around with the socket to finally get it working. There is no soap(!!!). You don't get soap bars, but you have soap dispensers that are EMPTY. The food at breakfast isn't always refilled after it's eaten, so you have to go and find someone and point out that there's no more food, coffee, water, etc. One day, at 7 AM, the cleaning crew wandered the hallways while talking loudly to their walkie-talkies. It isn't worth it at this price, you better stay at a pension for half the price and twice the better service. Will never come here again!

Review 88：The location, even though fairly far away from the centre of Predeal, isbeautiful, being surrounded by forests and you can see the mountains.The room is big enough and has a nice balcony.
