Review 1：Décor and furniture is a bit tired, carpets in some places could use good cleaning. Curtains had visible dust in the corners.

Review 2：Staff is very friendly and trying to be helpful. Breakfast is ok-ish, nothing very fancy. Parking is free and secure. Apparently, hotel has two classes of rooms, one part being 3 stars and the other part 4 stars. I didn't know that's possible, but anyway the 4-stars part is ok.

Review 3：a bit dated and over rated at 4* with relatively small room, scarce used furniture and small tube type tv.

Review 4：used this hotel before, it is quiet and staff is nice. unlike most other hotels restaurant is good. room temperature is good in winter.

Review 5：We've stayed before at this hotel and we've booked this time a "standard" room that instead of being a 4 stars room is instead a 3 stars room. When we booked through booking it wasn't stated anywhere that the so called standard room is a 3 stars. So as an advice for the other you should pay the extra 5 euros for the other rooms that is way better than the so called "standard"

Review 12：The hotel is ideally situated in Arad, just near the city hall. It has a large (free+guarded) parking with no need for a reservation. Had no issues with the non-smoking room situated on a smoking floor or with the hot water pressure as I have read in some past reviews. The elevator is a bit awkward but I appreciate that it is made in Romania.

Review 13：Elevator stops between floors so you have to carry your luggage on the stairs... it is only about 10 steps or so but we traveled with a toddler so we had to carry her stroller on the stairs every time we came back or left our room.

Review 68：Bad wi-fi connection, we didn't liked the breakfast ,< for a "Waldorf Hotel" **** ..it's really disappointing>, as the overall look ..superannuated; (if you have not seen a bread toaster stuck with Scotch tape to any hotel you see it here ..) The air con. is almost a disaster, if you fall asleep it wakes you up, and if you turn it off it gets cold, and the soundproofing in the rooms.. (big -) is a disaster, doors must really be replaced. and hair dryer .. seriously? looks like a medieval instrument and looks pretty yucky because is really ancient - yellowish hose!! oh.. and one more thing i guess that when they paid the painters, it was a small amount of money, as is to be seen at the joints and the combination of wallpaper and ceiling. is surprising for a "waldorf - golden tulip hotel " . The staff was ok, (the guy who park cars and carry luggage and.. makes a bunch of other stuff was very helpful); also, the maid did a good job! except one old lady in the reception , that could easily cut marble with her eyes.

Review 72：This hotel is not a first rate hotel. We normally stay at a lovely bed and breakfast but we thought we would give this hotel one more try. We will not try it again. You can do much better in Arad for less money. Room needed deep cleaning; carpet filthy; bed next to wall, so unsuitable for two people; entrance not marked clearly; the elevator is between the floors, so you have to drag luggage up a total of a flight as if there were no elevator. Also, not enough outlets in the room. This hotel is not suitable for a working couple.
