Review 1：kitchen not functional (herd out of order, no dishes, no cuttlery) wlan not working, noisy, synthetic bed linen passing through cold space to reach pool which was uninviting Restaurant was noisy, not well attended

Review 3：The room was big and we had a partial forest view which was beautiful when the snow fell. The pool gave us an alternative entertainment for children while there was no snow. The breakfast was a basic buffet but fine.
Review 4：The waiter from breakfast room a little too " lost in space " . She was not at all carefull for bringing new plates , to replace the one's which was finished , by the turist . The coffee from the breakfest bufet is not very good .
Review 5：The apartment is very big , so is perfect for family with kids. The pool is ok .The people from reception deserve 10 points, for how kind they are !
Review 6：The location in Predeal doesn't offer too many sightseeing options close by. Poor infrastructure on the street where the hotel is located (e.g. intermittent sidewalk).

Review 12：there was smoking smell in the room. on the sofa was dust. the sheets were not of cotton. in the shower there was mold in the corners. the tables were not clean at the breakfast. if one dish at the buffet was finish we should ask to bring more. the access to food was difficult because the table was wide and we couldn't reach it. the music in the restaurant at the breakfast was very loud. we couldn't use the pool.

Review 14：The exit of the ventilation system from the kitchen is in the bathroom, it's smelt like food in the bath. The pool was unevailable due to repairs and this fact was not mentioned on Booking. Loud music from kitchen all the time.

Review 16：No self-catering facilities, even if there is an electric cooker there is nothing else provided to use it. AWe found 4 glasses and a coffee filter. Asked for a frying pan but kitchen staff "did not have" one. Poor internet connection. Small shower cabin comparing to the size of bathroom.

Review 18：An old tobacco smell in our room, we had to let a window open all the time.The smell from the kitchen is very present in the restaurant during the meal time. Probably they nead a new ventilation sistem.

Review 20：I am sorry to mention this but it had a negative impact on our holiday and it reflects in the lower score I gave the hotel. Our apartment's living room smelled very badly of cigarettes!! I know you cannot blame the hotel for guests smoking in their rooms in a non smoking hotel (though our living room had ashtrays provided) but I can blame the hotel for the fact that I was not given an apartment with balcony, especially when my booking confirmed that I would have a balcony. I am sure apartments with balconies did not smell of nicotine because people tend to smoke on their balconies. After one night spent in the living room watching tv my throat killed me from having inhaled all that nicotine, therefore, I would advise you to avoid apartment 304 if you are a non smoker!! We couldn't use the living room and the kitchen for the remainder of our 4 night stay because of the bad smell!! I should have been asked when I checked in whether I was a smoker or not.
Review 21：The best things about Hotel Hera were location and staff. It is located off the very busy, ugly and noisy main road (2 minutes walk from Hotel Orizont), but still within walking distance from all the interest points in Predeal (railway station, Carrefour supermarket and skiing slopes). Staff were very good and I am referring to the Reception ladies, the Restaurant staff which were helpful and accommodating (by the way, breakfast was good and filling), and also the maintenance gentleman who sorted out our broken remote control very promptly.

Review 24：This hotel has big potential but the staff doesn't put any effort to express it. Reading other reviews we noticed some critics to the staff, but we didn't care and booked the same. However, after our experience we agree with most of them and if we were the hotel owners we will begin to worry about. All the people (hall, swimming pool, restaurant) are no friendly with guests, no smile, no word, just on their own. Cleaning is bad: our bed was done only once in three days, as well as bath cleaning. Towels were a bit dirty. Moquette (inside room and especially in the corridors) smelled a lot. Swimming pool and sauna are not adjacent, so you are forced to cross corridor and staircase with swimming suit... or do they think we do pool, we dress, go to sauna and undress again? No curtain to protect windows from the sunlight. Bad maintenance in the shower: the hand shower head spreaded water from the border.

Review 28：I have forgotten my mobile phone in the room, and when i've got home i noticed that i dont have it, but remembered the last place i have used it. Even i called back to hotel, they said that they didnt find any phone. This is not normal for a hotel. They didnt changed the toals even they were on the ground. The breakfast was very poor, its served starting with 8:30 until 10:30. When we went at 10 o'clock the tables were almost empty, and the waiters were standing and smoking.
