Review 1：The cleaning staff enter my room when I have my breakfast no matter I put " no disturb " on the door. I was unhappy because I left all my money in the room . And it really does not look like a 5 star hotel, the reception is really small . I think if you come over for a 5 star hotel then you will be disappointed.

Review 10：At 9.45 you cannot have breakfast because there is no more food! The cleaning lady (the only one they have) is complaining at the clients about the bad management and they don't clean the rooms on pourpose so the clients complain about it!?!?!?

Review 12：A. We booked a one bedroom suite. We got suite no. 303. It turns out the room has an attic, which is closed. No problem there, just that the attic is actually being used by the... chambermaids. And so we had music, cell phone ringtones and conversations, and other noise from equipment and such, from 06:20 AM, to past 10PM. We couldn't sleep (and it's supposed the best suite in the hotel!). B. The mini-bar was just sitting outside our room. Broke. We asked for another one. They said they'll take one from a vacant room. So they said... C. The crew was barely there. The check-out, for example, was handled by a chambermaid, that didn't what she was doing. She called someone to ask for instructions. We overheard him ask her where is the one that was supposed to be there, and she replied that she is still sleeping... (08:45 AM). D. Even when the crew was there, they knew absolutely nothing about attractions and such (we speak Romanian, so it's not a communications problem). And when they answered our questions - they gave wrong answers (e.g., told us the cable car hours are 10 AM to 4 PM. They're actually 9 AM to four thirty PM. In our case it was significant). E. Otherwise the hotel itself is nice. But it is poorly ran. Not welcoming. In fact, rather annoying. There were other issues as well, but the main problem is the crew. Too bad.

Review 13：Poor breakfast. Poor quality coffee. No minibar in the room - Empty power off fridge. Small rooms for a 5 stars hotel. I didn't know how to connect to wifi (no details). No playground for kids.

Review 14：It's nice and clean but it's not a 5* hotel. Based on my experience it's a 3* hotel.

Review 15：We were served moldy bread for breakfast!! Several slices of bread were with lots of mold, this is unacceptable for a hotel. The staff replied "I can't imagine how this happened, it's bread from yesterday" ?!?! Really?? And the restaurant was closed, just breakfast was served in the morning.

Review 32：The blonde receptionist is terrible. She speaks like she is always disgusted. She is not helpful and she's very rude. Answers all questions in 2 words and has no shame to roll her eyes in front of you, if she doesn't like your question. Our room didn't have a DND sign.

Review 33：The pension is great, has a great design, with a historic charm. The receptionist with short hair (I think her name is Eva) is excellent. She is really helpful and very polite. Good parking.

Review 34：The food at the restaurant was not amazing. The breakfast was pretty basic-eggs, cheese, meat, veggies, cereal. We got the impression it would be more extensive. Ordered the corn soup one night-it was VERY salty and tasted like it came from an instant mix. We are vegetarian so we did not try the meat however...

Review 35：Loved the facilities-very clean and comfortable with style! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Found out when we got there that there were a few hotels that were closer to the slope, but it was really only about a 5-10 min walk to the slopes so it was not a big deal. Also a plus that they had a pretty big DVD selection to offer-great way to relax after a long day at the slopes.

Review 37：On arrival, the receptionist Adriana, immediately informed us that we couldn't have a room yet as the laundry had not arrived. We had driven hundreds of miles to get to Brasov, and made sure that we followed their check in procedure by arriving after 2pm, we arrived around 3.15. As soon as my Romanian partner began to speak about the situation in Romanian to her, she started to be rude. Saying it wasn't her fault, what did we expect her to do. My partner asked her if it was his fault? Which she just shrugged. I had to ask for a room as we were very tired. So we were given a room on the first floor directly above the main entrance. After an hour we asked if we could move to another room, and Adriana said we could move As long as we hadn't used the toilet or touched anything inside the room, which was very dusty anyway. If this is how they treat guests, I would ask anyone to avoid staying here, there are so many better hotels who want your custom. When we checked out, the manager told us, we specifically asked for a high floor room which wasn't ready when we arrived,so essentially it was our fault.

Review 41：Breakfast is poor, staff unfriendly. We asked for a matrimonial bed but only got 2 twin beds. They claim they are a 5 stars hotel but in fact they are 3. And I think the overall price is to high for the services they offer, better book something else.

Review 45：The pension/ hotel is rated as having 5 stars but in practice is a 3 star hotel. This thing is proved also by the certificate ppsted in the reception which indicates 3 stars and not 5. In a 5 star hotel in each room should exist a mini bar, the breaksfast should be well prepared - at this location not evn the coffee served from the house can be drink. The overall experience is of a 2-3 star hotel; the overall services should be improved a lot.

Review 51：On a Saturday night, there was a band playing outside at the Aspin Hotel not far away, which was extremely loud (some kind of wedding, I suspect). We managed to drown it out with the air conditioner on. And the town itself is horrible, but that's not the hotel's fault. Stay in Brasov instead!

Review 52：Air conditioning worked well to drown out noise. Knight-themed decor in the lobby is pretty cool. Breakfast was OK and ran late until 11 am (wouldn't have paid for it, but not bad for free).

Review 53：Together with our 1 year and a half old daughter, we had a very pleasantholiday at Pension Heraldic. The beautiful interior design with knightsin armor kept our girl busy and happy discovering all the details. Thegarden is also beautiful.

Review 54：- Rooms were too small for the price - they charged us half of the money for breakfast and the breakfast was very very poor - they didn't even have enough coffee, I had to split one cup with my boybriend. The meal was awfull. - quite hard to find by car - the Pension cannot be considered 5 stars
