Review 1：the side elevator to the second floor sometimes was stuck in between floors.
Review 2：Fine room, nice dining room, rich breakfast choices. Last day call from my room to Lisbon the lady in the reception did not charge me.
Review 3：it's the alleged cheap and reasonable, instead we find it's not only rather far away from important locations in Aveiro but also operating with fewer amusement facilities. What's more, staff in the reception provides less help if you have queries about this city.
Review 4：The only thing I like is you can eat a lot of monomorphic breakfast in the hotel, strongly tempting you to wrap some DIY hamburgers to take away.

Review 7：The walls are paper thick, you can hear everything. On a Sunday, they start vacuuming around 8 am. Impossible to have a good night of rest. For young people that don't care about resting.

Review 14：A good hotel within walking distance of the centre of Aveiro. I have stayed several times and have no complaints. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I like the atmosphere of the place.

Review 26：The staff were lovely and very helpful. They were also all able to speak English very well. The rooms are clean (particularly the bathroom, which is great) and everything was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and not exactly the same everyday. The wifi was free and you can walk to the old town very easily. It is also close enough to walk to the university.

Review 30：Reception area and breakfast was really good..staff very polite...when it comes to the rooms and quality of sleep i would say not good enough..single bed is small and not long enough to strech your legs it looks like it is for a ten year old child bed..the rooms need updating and at least coffe or tea making facilities..the location is good near to city..wifi works fine..parking there is plenty outside the hotel..
Review 31：Relativity everything was good only 2 things to consider : 1)Internet usage was limited by 1.6 GB (although when you ask they renew it again !!! ) 2) the breakfast is good but limited but much better than most of the places with same rate/quality

Review 33：The staff of the reception and room services are great and helpful. Apart from one very unfriendly staff called "Claudia" that she spoiled the whole experience. Every time we asked for help with smile(like calling a taxi) and she made us regret to talk to her. There are normally two staff in the reception, so avoid her if you see her name.

Review 108：Everything was good. The hotel is placed near the Cathedral, Museum, Forum and Canals. But in a very quite street. The breakfast was great. Inside and outside of the hotel are clean. There are some beautiful scenes such as decoration and painted tiles inside the hotel to take a photo. Aveiro is really near the beaches, Nova costa and Barra with hourly buses. The seaside was clean and beautiful, with many restaurants.
Review 109：/ The elevator was little old and two people with baggage couldn't get it at once.. you had to stay at centre for elevator to move. - kind of strange / there was little space in bathroom - towel rack was right beside toilet / there was data limit on free wifi... good to know if you plan to dowload something

However we were little dissapointed by Aveiro town itself, being described little too poetic by book guide, is nice place to stop if you travel by... but you walk through the city centre in an hour - definitely not whole day trip.

Review 112：The Receptionist at the Front Desk at our afternoon arrival was ratherwith a Cold Welcome kind of Receptiveness..... It took a few largeminutes after we insisted to have her atention. She replied she was"busy" doing something .....On the following day / morning the Front Desk Receptionost was completly different with all Smiles and very friendly helping and asking if she could do anything to help us. GREAT !!!

Review 120：The only reason I marked "facilities" as "good" rather than excellent is because the hotel did not have its own restaurant for dinner. The restaurant next door (which we tried) was not very good at all. It would also be an improvement if coffee and tea making facilities are provided in the room.
