Review 1：Room service was slow and sent wrong wine, lobby super hot and no refreshments/towels to cool down on arrival, pool area was messy in mornings with leftover food and drink from night before, mouldy sunbeds around pool

Review 3：Wifi coverage was not available everywhere in the resort. Staff never got back to you with an answer. Pool was dirty and the water hot. Rooms serviced as late as 4pm. Pool bar was constantly out of stock. Food was inconsistent.

Review 4：Staff, unfortunately at the end of the season, where tired and grumpy. Even having a verbal disagreement with each other behind the bar. Staff levels low!

Review 6：The location was great. Almost all staff were excellent.

Review 7：The swim-up bar was never open when we were there. If you have a swim up bar, it should be open most times. Instead we found out it was only open Saturday morning till 5pm only... just bear that in mind. A bit disappointing. If you are looking for a self-contained, you may be disappointed, as the kitchen is VERY basic. No exhaust fan in bathroom!

Review 30：Fantastic, gorgeous pool, great accommodation, staff were lovely, upgraded our original room, there was a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday! Had the best time, highly recommend!

Review 31：If I had one negative it would be slow wifi! And wouldn't recommend the buffet dinner after 8pm was a tad cold. But overall we loved our stay. We had a room facing the side of the pool and we asked for a room in the Martini wing (highly recommend) and the staff were lovely and accommodating.

Review 32：The hotel has a relaxed vibe while still giving you everything you want when staying at a 5 star hotel. The hotel's bar is perfect for afternoon cocktails as the sun goes down and play some table tennis before dinner. The chicken burger is good too! Gym tennis & lap pool are great too.

Review 36：Resort was quite shabby in our room and around the pool area. Hot Breakfast food was all cold and once something ran out it was not replaced quite disappointed. Room was partially services each day and we had to ask at 4.30 to have our room services. That lack to detail was disappointing for the cost.

Review 37：Mosquitos and sand flies in the rooms as there are no screen doors. We had a beautiful balcony but couldn't open the door as the room filled up with insects. Massive spider web on balcony needs to be removed. Water leak stain on wall near bathroom should be fixed and repainted.

The poor old chap cooking 'omelettes' at breakfast was a serious liability. Watched him set fire to the tea towel - one day my omelette was cooked like a crepe on the hotplate - the next in an omelette pan with so much oil it was totally inedible ...and talk about slow! He reinvented the word. Disappointing as QT breakfasts at other QT's are really worthwhile and were a determining factor in making this booking.

The bed was ridiculously squeaky :| that there was no tea and coffee for free at the buffet which was a bit of shock considering its $28 per person and the buffet didn't have much variety, the fruits were off, tasted funky!

Courtesy bus or bikes to town allows choice. Room was clean and fresh and loved the different stuff on offer for mini bar and how you can purchase cute room furnishings like the pineapple candle holders and the laundry bag! Pool is amazing...loved the big sun beds :)

Although every request cannot be guaranteed the manager mentioned they were not busy that night which made me wonder why he put us in one of the rooms furthest from the pool (when pool view rooms would have been available). Perhaps he was keeping the rooms with the best views for more corporate guests the next night as I'm guessing he thought a young couple would be happy with whatever room they got in a fancy hotel?

Review 76：Non-existence of service in pool area relating to food or drink. Forced utilise another lounge area which had no other clients in it. Issue raised with staff on number of occasions and met with a sarcastic response.

I would expect them to greet guests as Mr or Mrs ... ) . Cleaning was done well in the lounge but the bathrooms were not cleaned well. Was disapointed with the quality of the rooms. They seemed old, especially the beds. Cheap quirky brightly coloured lamps and decorations to give it a "5 star" feel did not work this time.
