Review 1：AC was in the room but because we got Econ room it did was not available to us. No fridge in the room or kettle. Food was standard.

Review 2：The pool was fantastic (clean, not crowded) especially because we got the economy room without air conditioning! Would recommend it for that reason alone. Close to the beach as well!

Review 4：Its a Family friendly resort. Superb facilities and very clean. My accomodation was suppose to be a 2night stay but i ask the resort if i can leave early because of some important matter. The manager then advise me to cancel it in booking.com so that i will only pay for the 1night stay. unfortunately, im not able to cancel it so i send an email to them and ask how to ammend my accomodation. I still paid the 2night stay because i hav'nt cancel it. The following day when im at metro cebu i received an email from booking.com that my accomodation was ammended into 1night stay. I forwarded the mail to Slams Garden Resort to have my refund and Ms Verna one of the trainee assist me with a very friendly manner. She is also the one who asked me to stay and join her to the disco (party) that night when im still at the resort. She is very accomodating and very friendly (well, all of the staff there are friendly). I got the refund the next day thru smart padala. Keep it up Ms Amelia Verna Flores. Toff

Review 5：Redecorating the pool during my stay with lost of noise and dust. Wanting to leave three daysmin earlier which was no problem at all

Review 7：Complete rip off with laundry. Staff not helpful and had to pay so many extras just to get our room up to scratch! I suggest paying a bit more, getting treated properly and you will probably end up saving money!

Review 8：i got extremely sick for five days. Having a fever and body shaking. The staff got me the proper medicine and food. They were very helpful and real life savers and rescued me.

Review 11：When I booking the room I get a approximated price of 88 €, but I was informd that I have to pay in the local currency, 4665 Peso. When I arrived to the resort the charged me 4800 Peso. The WiFi a joke!! The last night it didn't work at al.

Review 13：The staff was nice and helpful but they had problems with the english language, wich was in general all over the Island. Another irritating thing was the payment. They do take credit card but we had to convince them. And they took 5% in extra charge for that.

Review 15：Limited choice of juice for breakfast. Limited variety of breakfast menu. Boat fare from Maya Port to Malapascua was stated to be 250 pesos per person, but then when we boarded the boat, we were told that for an extra 700 pesos, the boat would leave right away.

Review 16：The room was comfortable, clean, with plenty of space. Hot water was readily available, and the air-conditioning performed very well. The food served at breakfast was well-prepared, large portions and free. We did some snorkelling and were pleased to easily find a rental boat. The water was clear with abundant marine life.

Review 23：The room without ac and just a fan was pretty bad. We didn't sleep well at all. The room does have an ac, but since you don't pay for it, you can't use it. I understand a higher cost for ac, but the price was double. Feels like there should be a middle ground.

Review 24：Wi-Fi Simply did not work in rooms as stated - fine in public areas. Flies whilst eating - install a couple of bug killers. Bar closed early and no happy hour.

Review 32：You can get a much better deal by walking around and asking. However, ifyou want to secure some place for the first night, SLAM's is ok, ifvery expensive for what you get.

Review 34：too expensive, poor breakfast (expensive if not incl), many flies - I think for the money you would also find a better place just right at the beach (there were plenty of nice little accommodations). We were told about a lonesome island, but I guess that's some years ago. So, if you wanna feel alone on the beach, have white sand, many palm trees and blue water, we recommend Bantayan - but not for snokreling or diving

Review 35：just a short walk to the beach, nice hotel complex (more like an area with little apartments) - in general: white sand, good for diving and snorkeling but nothing else.

Review 36：This wasn't one of the resorts with an ocean view, but were there for only one night. Also, the toilet seat was very loose, but this was minor compared to the overall condition of the property.
