Review 2：Great location, clean room, professional and helpful staff. My room overlooked nice square with fountains. Krasnaya street is kinda boulevard on the left of the hotel. On the corner of the hotel there is a tasty and cosy cafe "Marusya". On the left of the hotel across the square the street is much more interesting because of old buildings.

Review 3：If they are trying to match western standards then they need to provide more vegetarian and healthier options for their breakfast. The breakfast had a vast selection but some thought could go into making it better. The room service was a bit difficult for non Russian speakers. The reception staff spoke English but wouldn't take an order over the phone. They had someone come to my room for me to point out what I wanted and they then told the kitchen staff. They were probably trying to ensure that the right information was transmitted but it made ordering take a lot longer.

Review 4：The location was very good. The pool was a great size. Most of the staff were very helpful, efficient and professional.

Review 5：The Wi-Fi drops on occasion , and the mattress/pillow is not the most comfortable (orthopedic), but these are quibbles. Both are sufficient and should not be the deciding factors for the average guest.

Review 6：First, the location cannot be beat: the hotel is centrally located, on Krasnaya Street, next to shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions, whatever you desire. The hotel has a modern appearance and well-kept lobby, and other common areas. There is a decent hotel gym, coupled with an excellent pool; and sauna, steam room, and cold tub. And finally, the staff is very efficient, approachable, and professional. I would like to single out Olga, a manager, for special attention: she is a problem solver and believes in excellent customer service, well-done. Given the attitude of the front desk and management to cater to their guests, you will be glad to book Intourist-Krasnodar. I know I will again for my next trip to Krasnodar.

Review 29：The hotel is coming to the end of a large external refurbishment, so there was some sand and builders materials in the front car park. There was no building work in the evenings or early mornings though.
