Review 1：The room need improvement. ..The bathroom Need more work and things to be fixed . Location need more advertise because took'me a while to find 'me... The room can not be rated as a 3 stars hotel room...

Review 4：The staff was really at service and kind. We were delayed in our arrival and arrived very early in the morning but receptionist was there with big smile and we were in our room in no time.

Review 5：The rooms should be reconditioned (including shower cabin). The included breakfast should be improved (for example coffee quality). High rates for food in restaurant.

Review 14：It is located close to exit of town, if you need to stay here after a long trip then it is one of the best choice. - room was clean - free and secured parking - good prices in the restaurant - clients have discount for what you buy in the restaurant - relatively close to a shopping mall

Review 15：We did not enjoy the noise from the outside, not from the cars passing by but the barking of stray dogs in the area. We also did not enjoy the noise from the inside, from our neighbor's room. In other words, the isolation is not great. Nevertheless we slept well.

Review 16：This was the second time we spent a couple of nights in this hotel and as the first time most things were perfect. We like the restaurant (the food is great), the hotel is not too far from the Hungarian border and 5 minutes away by car from Arad's center. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel has a free parking lots, which is great.

Review 44：When I arrived the window was open and the room full of mosquitos. Could not sleep at all, decided to leave at 2:30 AM. The receptionist knew of the problem, said that they had repellent, if only I had asked for it!!! I think that he should have offered it to me at the time of the check-in. He also did not want to take off the price of the breakfast which I was not going to have, all he offered was a complimentary cup of coffee.

Review 45：The light switches and plugs were very old and i had the impresion that i got electrocuted every time i turned the switch on. The fact that the smoking area was in the main lobby in wich u have to pass to get to restaurant and reception. The staff was kind of rude, especially at breakfast in wich i got the impresion i bothered them.

Review 47：this hotel we have used five times now en route to Bulgaria,we have been made very welcome on our arrival ,this has been late at night after a long journey and the reception staff are good English speaking and have made us feel that nothing is too much bother.the rooms are very clean and the mini bar is very cheap (this is where other hotels generally make a lot off guests)breakfast was as close to an English breakfast you could get if you wanted it.comfortable clean beds air con rooms.

We stayed at the hotel for a week while on business and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Review 59：we used this hotel as a stop off on the way to Bulgaria and did not arrive until 22:20 so thought we had missed the evening meal included in the price but the member of staff on the reception desk arranged for us to eat straight away which was basic but tasty filling and greatly appreciated as we had been driving all day. The room was very clean bathroom was very good, mini bar excellently stocked and superb value, breakfast was typical buffet style and very nice. all in all unbelievable value for money.
