Review 6：Open only 20 days when we arrived they were trying very hard to make everything work but still had some kinks to work out- one front desk clerk was not very helpful, the hot tub was not hot, the pool attendant was not at the pool, the sign suggested using the phone to "dial 9" for assistance but no one answered the phone......

Review 18：Unfriendly receptionist to start with.Car parking under the hotel was frightening and difficult to use - one worried about other cars scraping the sides of our vehicle and location and hazards poorly explained to us.No real pool and lower terrace service for drinks although one evening the head waiter brought the bar boy out to serve us....how is one expected to get service if one is on the pool terraces? There was no visible phone etc.Pool bleak and unfriendly. no music or colour or benches for one's towel. Really a poor amenity for a hotel of this standard which advertises this and the Spa...the steps/ladder were missing a step for two days !Terraces a real sun trap but distant from bar and as said no apparent pool side drinks service.We had to ask about pool towels...not enough information around the hotel or in rooms about service...nor in English.Some areas of the hotel are too dark, and the layout whilst good for mountaineers was tedious to learn. Fortunately one soon got used to using the lifts.On a scale of 1 - 10 I can only give it 5.The view was panoramic of bridges and rather uninspiring.Saturday evening there was a a night club/disco across the river which went on from 2.00 am to 7.30 am and the noise disturbed us all night. No mention of this by staff in the morning! Otherwise the hotel was quiet and on the whole pleasant, but I am afraid I got the feeling that we were just customers passing through.No one really seemed bothered. Perhaps everyone was tired and had a really busy time before we came ? No one really bothered about us ...except in the restaurant and the bar boy... and the hotel did not come across as friendly in its design or people skills.I would not recommend the hotel for holidaymakers.

Review 19：Ease of location. Clean and large rooms and big bathrooms. Lots towels, very good room service and housekeeping. Helpful blonde haired receptionist who greeted us nicely and was kind. (The first one when we arrived an hour before the rooms was ready was sullen and told us we were 'early and the room was not ready'.). No friendly greeting from her, no suggestion to use the bar, no offer to call us when ready. She was enough to send us to another place, so we drove around for an hour and then came back to a much more pleasant greeting from another receptionist. The breakfasts were scrumptious and service good. The menu of the day for dinner was good and value for money. The waiters were friendly and very polite and attentive...great wine recommendations. Good sauna/turkish room room by pool.

Review 30：1.We arrived the evening,raining outside and asked at the reception recommandation for dinner. The young woman sayed that all restaurants in the town are open but she would reccomend one of them. The restaurant was closed and all the others too.After 20 minutes of searching (and it was still raining) we found a place where we eat the worst meal possible.In our way back we saw all the restaurants open.It was clear that we arrived to early-and the young woman at the reception should know when local restaurants open for dinner!Or she could check or could suggest to reserve a table and in this case we would waited in our room and not get wet and remain hungry. But she was to busy with her private conversation ... 2.If it is dark outside it is difficult to find the hotel,there are no signs,the firm is visible only from the other part of the river and the exact coordinates take you at some distance from where without day light you can not see the hotel.

Review 32：The room safe was not safe as it was not bolted down to anything and anybody could have picked it up and walked off with any valuables placed within. There was no hotel information book within the room. No notification in reception that the hotel restaurant was closed on Wednesday. Advertised as wi-if available throughout but in fact this is only available in the reception and bar area. Restaurant food and service was very good but we felt there was inadequate lighting
