Review 1：The hotel allowed pets and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning and couldn't really get the hotel experience, however overall it seemed nice. The breakfast had a wide range of choices, very rich.

Review 6：We had dinner in the restaurant. There was a small band and singer. The music was good but too loud and we couldn't have a conversation.

Review 12：We loved the view in room 811, especially at dawn, and sunrise, we've had the best breakfast ever, and also included was the espresso (Julius Meinl), you could prepare yourself on one of the three machines present in the restaurant.

Review 13：The rooms are old, with bad taste furniture and decor. We asked for a non-smoking superior floor room, and we got one on the 2nd floor, smoking room. We booked a suite for 3 persons, and we only got towels for 2, although there were linens for 3. The linens were not cleaned recently, but filled with dust, so as the furniture. The breakfast is poor, and the personel non-professional, they were bugging clients with remarks and critiques. On the top of it, the women at reception wasn't greeting at all. Overall, this 4 star hotel is more of a 2 star hotel.

Review 15：I travelled with two small children and one of the power outlets in the room was hanging off the wall, thus presenting a high risk for the kids to touch the wires. Hotel personnel should be more careful to these aspects.

Review 31：We stayed just one night, Saturday, and in the hotel was a wedding. Because it is an old architecture hotel the phonic isolation was not good. We stayed at the 8th floor and we could hear almost everything from the ground floor. For us it did not really matter, because we were really tired after a 1200 km drive.

Review 47：We asked specifically for quiet rooms as we arrived late and planned to leave early in the morning. There was a party in the restaurant with music so loud that you could hear clearly the words of the music all night from the 6ht floor. Although the receptionist gave us assurances that all floors above the 3rd are quiet, I had, at 3 am, to change rooms to the 9th floor for the rest of the stay - even if reception told us there were no rooms available as hotel was full (it proved to be a gross lie!). Anyway the receptionist told me in honesty that she uses headphones to protect her hearing during night (maybe the reasons they were not answering the phone...) In the morning, they forgot to inform the room cleaner that the new room at 9th floor was taken during night, so that women entered the room and woke us up at 8am... Anyway, when I complained in the morning, i was told by staff that they are not happy themselves with the extremely noisy music from the hotel restaurant, but this is the decision of the hotel management. One can understand the push of the management for revenues, but, primarily this is a hotel, not just a wedding/ parties venue. I am still surprised that police or local council does not intervene to make the sound level bearable for hotel guest or to limit the time for noisy events.

Review 49：As frequent stayer at this hotel on business I find the rooms a little bit outdated, some minor problems which are annoying : sometimes no working plugs, other times no working lights in the bathroom or room, no working safe, no working remote control (by the way you won't find somewhere else in Romania, at a 4th star hotel, such outdated TVs). I expect from the person in charge with those things to pay more attention!

Review 52：The location was great and we enjoyed the shops and caffees just outside the hotel. The public pool area on the other side of the river was worth a visit and quite cheap entrance fee. The food and drink of the hotel was ok but you´ll find better options outside. Try the local restaurant at the entrance to the walking bridge to the pool area. Very local but nice food and cheap. Language can be a problem at this restaurant, but staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast at hotel was good and staff efficient.

Review 53：This hotel is very often organizing wedding party's during thw weekend period at the ground floor and 11th floor. I was trying to sleep there when two parties where going one in the same time, and it was impossible to sleep until 3AM. My room was at the 4th floor and The parties were on a Sunday night.

Review 55：Very clean and comfortable rooms with terrace. Nice parking (and only 5 euro!!) Breakfast buffet is very good. The food in restaurant Mondo is really very tasteful, kind waiters and at attractive prices. In summer time you can dine on the terrace. I can only warmly recommend this hotel and restaurant! 10/10

Review 56：I did not like that I could not sleep at night because the room was full of mosquitoes. I did not like the behavior of the staff at breakfast. The breakfast ended at 10:30 and I went to have breakfast at 10:00. At 10:15 the staff started to pack small packets for themselves, some of them in the way that other staff members do not see it, others did not even bother, neither from colleagues nor from guests. At 10:20 cakes ended, as a waiter, when others did not see it, ran with them away. So I remained without cakes ... and without cheese ... Unbelievable. And last but not least, the toilet bowl in the room could have been a bit less smelly. It is a shame to see all these for such a prestigious hotel.
