Review 1：The room was very small, the furniture looked cheap, the bed wasnt confortable at all. It looked more like 2 stars accomodation, rather than 3. Also, the bathroom was tiny and looked old. I payed the same amount of money for a 4 star hotel nearby, which really looked great! If you can, dont take the elevator, its very small and looks pretty unsafe. In the evening, I couldnt order soup, and I do eat soup in the evenings. The prices for food at the restaurant were high.

Review 9：Cleanliness needs to be more thorough - the remote control was filthy and sticky, dust wasn't wiped properly everywhere - hygiene should be perfect no matter the price of the room! Some items need to be replaced (shower curtain is very old, bathroom furniture is a bit rusty and needs to be renewed), not enough toiletries. The French toast at breakfast was old and hard.

Review 10：comfortable bed with clean and soft sheets, the radiators allow you to adjust the temperature as hot as you like, nice balcony, friendly reception staff, big room, not too expensive

Review 11：The interior design of the room is somewhat needing a fresh-up. The colors are not really state-of-the-art. beds are comfortable though and the met our request to have a room at the top floor with a view into the valley, service personal at the restaurant needs some training, they were watching videos in their open cabin where they were seated, 2 of the 4 dishes we ordered were not available and there is no Romanian beer in the menu. the signing of the location of the hotel has to be improved

Review 12：The design of the reception is really nice, the staff at the reception very helpful and friendly, organized for us a last minute individual ski class with transfer to the slopes, wifi works fine and the sauna is included and turned on just for us, ski rental has good material and competitive prices, breakfast buffet is absolutely okay

Review 17：I specificaly booked a higher floor double room and received ground floor twin room. Be carefull, the hotel has only 3 nice renovated brown rooms, the rest are blue and they're not nice. Poorest breakfast I have ever eaten in Romania. Hotel was overbooked and the staff over their heads by the situation. Weak and unprofessional staff, except cleening.

Review 18：Bed was great, every day cleaned rooms, nice smell in rooms and lobby, very high pressure hot water nonstop, lcd tv but very few chanels, good wifi signal at ground floor rooms. Nice terrace for morning cofee.

Review 19：Hotel reception staff uninterested and looked bored. A smile and a welcome would make a huge difference. The rooms were very basic and need redecoration, the bathroom smelt really awful - there must have been a problem with the sewage. Balcony door left open presumably to help with smell but as it was raining hard, the beds were very damp. Towels and bedding old. Twin beds only option, and were very uncomfortable. Not used to not having non-smoking areas in a hotel.

Review 20：Stayed for a wedding. Wedding venue and food was really good, staff worked exceptionally hard all night! Good location in the mountains in what looks like a good skiing area. Many other hotels in the area looked better, this hotel needs to improve its customer service (just ask the staff to smile!) and presentation.

Review 21：Staff they gave me a room at the end but they said they do not like booking and reservstion from here. It was no balcony as mention in reservstion, twin bad yeah... for a night we did not died but I will not return there

Review 51：Quite a nice place but not spectacular. The room is not so big but it has a nice balcony. The furniture and the decorations are quite outdated yet comfortable. It seemed to me that the ground floor including the reception and the restaurant was newly renovated. I liked the idea of a mini-bar infront of the reception desk and also the idea of a shuttle bus from the hotel to the ski path.
