Review 1：No breakfast, only coffee and tea. The rooms don't offer refrigerator or microwave...

Review 2：The staff was very welcoming. Rooms really clean and good (although they dont have refrigerator/microwave and we had to go downstairs to make our dinner in the microwave of the reception)

Review 3：Retire the bed. Way too used. No toilet seat lid? No kleenex tissue? Step up your game, Motel 6. Those are supposed to be bath towels? I use better to dry my car.

Review 9：Sketchy people stay here it seems, woke up at 1 in the morning to acouple yelling and screaming at each other and slamming doors.There's a lot of signs telling you to lock your doors for yoursafety, which made my wife feel pretty uneasy, but I guess it'sbetter to be informed than ignorant. Lots of smokers. This hotel uses acentral air system which means that if someone smokes it one roomit'll find it's way to all rooms, even non-smoking rooms. So italways smells like cigarettes. The internet was really slow, only goodfor browsing and email, not for streaming anything.

Review 10：It was cheaper than all the other hotels in the area, but still costmore than I think it should have. But the reason for that may have beenbecause the Shakespear festival was going on, so it may be morereasonable at other times. The lady at the front desk was helpful andnice. And the rooms were much cleaner than I had anticipated, so thatwas good. Overall it wasn't too bad.

Review 38：We liked the beds we slept in, and that we could bring our pet with us. We wanted our own place to unwind after a day of visiting with children and grand children. Clean and quiet. Wonderful staff.

Review 39：Had very loud neighbors that had young children and teens. Didn't sleep much because of this and when I went to the front desk to get help nobody was there. My phone in my room didn't work and the heat didn't work as well. Over all it was a very restless night. When I went to check out I planned on talking to the front desk about it and, again, nobody there. Left my card key in a bowl they provided for guests checking out. I won't be back to this hotel.

Review 40：They had a cold front come through and with no heat on in the room, it took over 3 to 4 hours to get the room to feel warm and comfortable... They could use bigger blankets too! Also the thermostat in my room was broken and taped to the wall...needs to be replaced!

Review 44：Poor housekeeping and maintenance. When we checked in, we were assigned to a room that had apparently recently been used, I'm guessing, by someone in housekeeping because the bed had a very clear indentation where someone had been sitting and smoking a cigarette. The room was supposedly a non-smoking room. We were then given another room, a similar small one at the other end of the hall, with one queen bed - we were expecting 2 queens. During our 3-night stay, our trash can was never emptied and the bathroom was not cleaned. There was a bad seam in the carpet in the middle of the hallway that would have been easy to fix. Instead, they put a "wet floor" folding sign over it. No telling how long the rip has been there. Hopefully, no one tripped on it.

Review 46：Bathroom tub and sink had not been cleaned because someone's hair was still in them. Sheets didn't fit the bed causing us to wake up on the mattress (yuk) The room smelled like urine, the staff said it was the cleaner used. The neighboring room smelled the same. The staff decided to clean an area rug by beating it on the wall of the building just outside my room at 4:00am plus the staff was smoking in front of the entrance.

Review 48：august 26...late arrival due to weather. First room given was unmade....garbage in middle of floor, bedding in a pile on the bed. Went to desk...given another room. 2nd room appeared clean until I went to use a washcloth which felt stiff...upon inspection it had some kind of yellowish dried fluid on it and some kind of debris. Upon leaving in the am I spoke to manager about the experiences..I told him I did not expect fancy or extras..but I do expect clean. He apologized but did not offer to decrease or comp my room. This experience really makes me wonder if your rooms are adequately cleaned. Interior halls and walls look poorly maintained..carpet spotted, walls dingy and marked. Come on folks...you are a big chain...you can do better than this.

Review 120：We are non-smokers and we requested a non-smoking pet friendly room. When we checked in we were told that the owner would only allow pets in smoking rooms. Not a pleasant nights stay as a result of this.

Review 121：The ourside door for security did not latch. If you wanted it latched you had to pull it shut behind you. Not a problem just thought I would let you know. The mattress's on the beds were horrible, horrible. They were so soft that when you sat on them they would curl up around you. The mattress my husband slept on also made a noise like water swishing around. The walls were so thin that you could hear the people talking in the next room , and in the morning and before bed the toilets flushing and water running was so loud that we had to turn the sound on the tv up in order to hear. Because of these issues, i doubt that i would ever stay at a motel 6 again.
