Review 1：1. The bathroom was awful, while there was no cabin separating shower and toilet. Ads for me, this is absolutely unsanitary 2. Dirty bedclothing - again I cannot say it sanitary 3. There were no windows in our room, therfore we did not have enough air in the room 4. Air conditioner was frightening. Air conditioners need to be clean

Review 2：We were lucky to spend there only several hours between our flight. But it was really stressfull due to hotel conditions

Review 3：First contact to this hotel staff said transport from and to International Airport was free. But end of the day they charge for transport. In my case they did not provide free transport to pick me up, I have have catch a taxi and paid $ AU 20. When I asked for drop off they charge me another $ AU10.

Review 7：The staff were really unhelpful, we had an early flight and organised a taxi to the airport through the hotel. The taxi didn't turn up for an hour and eventually we managed to get a taxi through the hotel next door and just made our flight. While the initial mistake by the hotel was a simple misunderstanding there was no urgency despite our imminent flight and no apology at any point. There were cockroaches in the room and our shower was faulty. Given they are a hotel set up up solely for flight transfers or pick up it was an absolute shambles.

Review 10：The hotel is far away from most points of interest. The bathroom was a major problem. The toilet was next to the shower so every time we showered the toilet got wet. The linen was dirty and the room could have been much cleaner

Review 24：The hotel is quite a long way from the airport - at least 15km away so not as close as advertised. The taxi ride one way was more than 20 ringgit and with that extra cost I would have considered staying at Tune Hotel just behind KLIA2.

Review 28：The rooms are tiny. The bellboy tries to hit you up for money(10 ringgit) when you check in. It smelled like someone was smoking just outside of my room all night. Breakfast at the café two doors down was atrocious. There are many other hotels in the area that will make for a better stay than this place.

Review 60：This hotel is a bit of a drive from KLIA. Getting there is not easy, you have to buy a ticket to get in the taxi que, then drive some distance by taxi. The general area the hotel is located in has no services so arriving late means no food! WiFi... what WiFi? The room looks like it is normally hired out by the hour, very basic and not particularly clean. The shower is over the toilet and there is not much hot water. There is no breakfast so an early start means travelling hungry. Finally the wost insult... the hotel will book a car fro you to go back to the Airport, but they book some non-metered local with an old car and the cost is much more than the cost of a taxi. You cannot get a taxi because none pass by this seedy place so you are forced to agree to their exorbitant high fees. Finally when you arrive at the airport the car driver demands even more than you agreed at the hotel! Enough is enough, exchange some bad words and pay only what the hotel suggested, it is too much anyway. My recommendation for this hotel, forget it! It seems cheap but it is not! If you are in-transit, it is much better to pay about the same money and stay at the airport.

Review 72：We'll I left my wallet in the cab and I notice after customs. I called the hotel and they put me in touch with the cab driver who returned it to the hotel. Review 76：Staff at the front desk were very rude and unhelpful. A taxi to the airport should cost about 25000 (after 11pm) but the hotel forces you to use their shuttle bus which costs 50000 per room - a complete rip off.

Sky Hotel offers low value rooms, but they are trying to earn money with their shuttle bus. The receptionist told us that it was hard to find a normal taxi, because they don't drive at their area (???). Shuttlebus is 50RM, we booked a taxi on the internet for half the price (strange) and it was no problem at all to pick us up from the hotel. People from reception don't seem to be happy with new customers, they were very unhelpfull and unfriendly. Furthermore, they advertise with king/queensize bed, but actually it was very small. We were very disappointed.

Review 79：They will rip you off when you ask them how to take transport out of the hotel. They will try to charge 50 ringgit per person for a 5 minute ride to the airport. There is no other way to get there and this is an airport hotel, so this is basically a scam. Bus costs 3 ringgit but you have to cross a dangerous highway. Taxi would cost between 8 and 15 but they will not call them. Basically a scam I'm my view.
