Review 3：Wonderful, clean place, the spa is very nice. The restaurant was also very nice. For the month of October we paid a low rate, making the stay low price, but exceptional quality for the money paid.

Review 12：Very unprofessional staff and very rude. Asked if I could use one of their computers to print out my boarding pass and I was given a nasty look for asking that and told no, I can't. I mean, come on! All four star hotels I've been to had that option and some even had their own separate computer for customers to do that. Anyway, we would've really enjoyed our stay there if the staff weren't SO rude.

Review 24：The Spa closes at 20:00 each day, and that's much too early. Considering that a day of skying may end at 17:00 or 18:00 (or potentially even later), closing the Spa at 20:00 greatly reduces the value of such a facility for the customer. And another thing: the relaxation room is actually an open space used to access the saunas. The same open space contains the juice maker and the bar. So the relaxation room is anything but quiet.

Review 25：Elegant, clean, modern decorated and furbished. Good breakfast, lots of space in the lobbies. The main attraction is the SPA. The indoor pool is large and clean. The dry sauna is ok (with a nice view outside), it has a working ice fountain and a nice steam bath. It has a great heated jacuzzi outside.

Review 36：The staff is diligent, but extremely untrained, can't provide simplest answers (where is..., how to reach..., what can we see around... etc), even regarding the advertisement booklets placed in the lobby. Check-out took 20 minutes of endless computer and manual calculator inexplicable calculations. Poor, similar every morning breakfast, with constant shortage of bread/cups/tea etc. The SPA staff, again, diligent and welcoming, but the SPA treatments are of beginners level quality, certainly not worth its price, rather indulgence than real treat. Extremely small standard rooms for a SPA hotel (not business) with almost no closet space (we had to spread out our cloths all over the chair/sofa/etc. Better take larger Deluxe rooms or suites, if you spend more than a weekend. The staff do not sign you on services taken (drinks, SPA treatments etc). Better right down your extras - I was overcharged with drinks and had to demand to change the final bill.

At breackfast ( which is thesame poor assorted every day) ,we eat on a sheet of paper " fastfood type".The list of dissapointments can continue,but we hadenough of it.

Would have appreciated notice from thehotel staff that the road was going to be closed. We had to change ourspa reservations and our sight seeing plans the following day because ofthe additional time it took to find an alternate route.

Absence of amenities in the room, e.g. no slippers, only one bathrope in double room, part of ordered breakfast in room not delivered. So sloppy. Overall, would give the hotel a 5 as mark in a range of 1 to 10. Therefore, hotel too expensive. Room should have been half the price paid.

We booked a room with king size bed but the room was quite small. We have got two twin beds placed side by side ....( room nr. 216)
