Review 1：The room had a strong odor of cleaning products. This was probably necessary because of all the mildew in the bathroom. Fortunately, the day was cool and the air fresh outside. So, I was able to open the window and clear out the strong smell.

Review 2：Manager had to come and repair air conditioning after we reported the carpet was soaked just come and done it didn't seem happy . Unable to have a evening meal in the restaurant till after 8.00 as not opening till then . When opened only 3 tables ocupied .

Review 4：We found the room full of dust, double room is very small and the furniture is old and broken, shower and sink were scratched, room has no central light and the existing lighting is very poor, TV is very old model and the remote barely function, hair dryer must be requested at reception, there is no elevator in the building, coffee at breakfast is terrible

Review 9：A very minor gripe, although the TV at reception was always switched to PRO TV (which I like to watch in the morning), I couldn't get this channel on the TV in my room. To be fair it did have BBC Entertainment which is the only place in Romania I've seen this.

Review 10：A great location if you are using the main bus or train station, excellent value, all the staff are very helpful and friendly and although it's not at the luxury end of the market the Ciao is comfortable, clean and has all the facilities I need. I used the wi-fi and it worked very well in my room. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I will certainly be back in the future.

Review 11：Being a little far from the centre could be a disadvantage for soemeone but bear in mind that there is an efficient public transport and also private minibuses that run very frequently. Anyway, I managed to walk in 20 minutes, so no problem at all.

Review 12：Hotel is just in front of the coach station on the main road into town. Staff was professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and the small fridge was a plus. Breakfast was ok, served in a large room where you can also have lunch and dinner. Good quality price ratio. Would recommend without any doubt.

Review 38：Absolutely everything. I honestly was not expecting much from this hotel, but the staff was attentive to every detail, incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. We missed breakfast, so they offered us coffee on the house. The rooms were also well appropriated. I honestly couldn't ask for anything more from this hotel! :)

Review 39：When we want to live in the nigt at 3.30 hour, there was no breakfast ready for us. At dinner we had to wait very, very long. My husband first had his dinner, when he was ready my dinner was reserved... :(

Review 41：worse hotel I've been for a long time. the pillows and everything was smelling like old, smoked, disgusting. old fashioned hotel. only if no other chance to find anything else, go in there...

Review 47：For us the location was perfect, next to the main bus station, where we arrived in the evening and continued our trip the next day. It is quite close to the city center, taxis are just in front of the hotel, we paid aprox 6 lei for the taxi to the city center. We did not stay for breakfast because we had to leave early, but the hotel staff was very kind and let us make some sandwiches which we took with us. The room was clean. I don't remember if there was air conditioner, but we did not need it.

Review 49：It was very close to the airport, and the bus station was right behindit. It was perfect for a night between a flight to Targu Mures, and abus ride to Cluj Napoca.
