Review 1：Wifi connection was problematic, it was not working. During booking we asked for a non-smoking room but the room they offered had a cigarette smell. So we requested another room and changed it - problem solved.

Review 2：Spacious and very clean, nicely decorated room, good breakfast, helpful staff

Review 3：A personal preference rather than a problem regarding architectural design: I would favour both the WC and the shower within the same chamber rather than in two seperate chambers; nevertheless they were in the same bathroom.

Very kind and helpful personnel at every point of the hotel - Excellent buffet breakfast and excellent (both helpful and considerate) relevant personnel - (though we did not have time to make use of) Excellent fitness and spa center - On top of all, excellent cost/ benefit

Review 5：Even we got confirmation for early check in from reservation, reception was not aware of it and our room was not ready. However, he could easily managed it and prepared the room in an hour while we are having our breakfast. There is a rpoblem about Jacuzzi. It was not turned on and even after 30 min after turning on, it did not still get hot.

Review 6：Spa and Turkish bath is perfect. Everything you may need to use is ready in lockers. Guestrooms are very big and comfortable.

Review 7：Smell in the room was a bit odd at first (you get used to it). The bed must have been damaged by previous guest because it made a lot of squeeky noises.

Review 8：Very good price including breakfast and wifi compared to the other 5 stars in town (I'm talking to you Hilton and Sheraton with your 20 euro charges for wifi !). Hotel is brand new and very nicely designed. The rooms feel modern and upscale. It has a nice restaurant and top floor bar). The staff has been well trained and is very professional (no problem with english at all). Location is good: 5 minutes from airport by car, walking distance some of the sights (Mosque, roman bridge) and a easy walk to some great restaurants. The have a great spa and fitness center. Athough gym and saunas are included, the prices for massages and spa treatments seemed to me like on very high side for turkish standards.
