Review 1：Old property. Room smelled of smoke. Reserved for two guests, but only had one towel, one water, no soap. No toiletries provided in the room. It looked like the room had not been used for a while or not furnished after it was rented out.

Review 2：Since we only need few hours of sleep, we just put up with it.

Review 3：It was far away from the airport. The bath had nothing such as brush teeth. Some staffs couldn't speak English well, hard to communicate. I couldn't charge my phone. The price was too expensive for this hotel. I would pay lower than 100 ringgit.

Review 5：The staff were very rude and absolutely not helpful. I almost was missing my flight because they did not accept US dollar to pay them for a Taxi!!! I inforced to search outside the hotel in the nearby miserable and dirty area for money exchange and i did not!! I asked the reception to pay when i reach to the airport because there are ATM, but my request was denied. Finally by chance i foubd a taxi driver near the high way and he assisted me and i paied him at the airport. It was terrible experience with those rude reception.

Review 10：The carpet in our room was getting a little worn but had been kept clean. The Empress is ageing but fairly gracefully. The distance from the airport by road is a little longer than we had expected compared to the "as the crow flys" distance on a map. The return fare to KLIA is a little under 50 MYR after 6.00 am. The surrounding commercial/retail area around the hotel is colourful but definitely not a posh or touristy area.

Review 11：The room was on the 7th floor well away from any street noise as we requested for between international flights sleeping. The room was large and the bed large and comfortable, The bathroom was clean and everything worked well with plenty of hot water. A electric jug for making up the provided beverage sachets and a bar fridge with two free bottles of drinking water was enough for us. The satellite TV worked as did the in room wifi connection and central air conditioning. A well maintained swimming pool is located on the top of the hotel for guests use but we were too tired to try it out. The boon for us was the on site cafe (open all hours) where we could purchase a nice vegetarian meal at reasonable cost without having to leave the hotel. That said there were several Malaysian and Chinese restaurants located the local shopping area which surrounds the hotel for those guests interested in sampling genuine ethnic fare. The reception staff were very courteous and obliging.

Review 12：FREEZING...Air-Cond Cant be control. Room key card was given only 1pc and it's wasn't work well..need to go lobby to change it. My baby was sick and sent it to hospital coz of SUPERB COLD..

Review 20：We booked our 2 night stay with breakfast included. When we check in,the reception told us just a room with no meal option. I rang customer service at booking.com and they told me, my booking was included breakfast. We got our breakfast at the end (after long explaination). Please do double check if you make reservation with breakfast included,make sure it state in your email comfirmation. One of the reception was rude. There is no smile. They acted toward us like we owe them a money. Overall, we'll never come back to this place anymore. Disgusting of them for make a false/ scam advertising.

Review 22：Still a fair hike from the airport - 50 MYR taxi ride. The hotel will charge you 60 MYR for the ride back. An airport bus into CBD costs no more.

Review 28：Cockroaches in bathroom, filthy curtains and carpet, lights in room didn't work, requested double bed and had twin singles put together, tv extremely old and only 3 channels, stayed on level 1 which had beds placed in hall way, function tables in hallway that had not been cleaned and the lift also would shut doors very quickly as you entered lift.

Review 29：It said that there was a free shuttle - but this is only to KLIA1. It is not free to KLIA2 - that cost R15 each. Also - they will not call a regular taxi for you. They use their own drivers that are at premium taxi prices. The hotel is still a bit of a drive from the airport (reason we stayed there). The hotel is about a 50 mins drive from the city.

Review 34：Things were falling apart in the room. Lamp fell off, toilet flush button came off. Staff didn't understand when I meant I need a van to travel to city with 4 big luggage and family of 4 they organised a car. Not the best area this hotel is situated. Rate was quite high compared to what we stayed in town. Room was full of dust.

Review 43：When I arrive in hotel that was 3pm, there was 2 staffs in front of checkin counter. Even though I was waiting for them for check in, one of senior guy is scolding his junior with Malay what I cannot understand. It was first image of this hotel. Also when I was in my room after checkin, I just wanted to ask about wifi password, so i call them senior counter guy recieved my call. He just shouted password with NO RESPECTATION, automatically said 'thank you sir bye bye' within 0.1sec. I got shocked a bit, and I was so impressed about this sevice mind set. Why I came here for what?! Hopefully, they would get service education.

Review 46：i was looking for a value4money hotel close to klia for my parents transitting from jeddah to kota bharu and found this hotel which was very reasonably priced. not far from klia1 and 2. quiet sorrounding and smiling staff. i was even allowed early check-in by 2 hours! will sure come again.

Review 56：The shuttle bus taking us to Sepang International Circuit for MotoGP race was a rather more expensive option than taking a cab. For the money we paid, the driver didn't even drop us off at the main entrance, we had to walk further on foot to get to the main entrance. I took a cab on the second day and paid less money.

Review 58：Room rate definitely not worth it. Room condition was bad. Carpet was old and stained. Bathroom tiles very slippery when wet. Shower curtain looks very stained. Basin was cracked. Kettle in the room was rusty. Pillows provided were not even suitable for a good rest, thin and flat, only 2 were provided. House keeping didn't turn up to change towels daily. No safe box in room. Not coming back again! Very lousy place with absurd charges!

Review 60：We booked this hotel to be close to Sepang circuit. It is 8 km away and it felt like it was 50km away. The building was run down and the area is far from pleasing. We would have been comfortable paying 25$ instead of 100$ per night. Transport to the circuit by shuttle was 25RM per person per way (an armed robbery for an 8 km ride) and we managed to negotiate 40RM by cab on the way back, which is still an armed robbery. We will look for a different place next time.

Review 76：The staffs could be more attentive. Temperature adjustment for Air Con as the room got quite hot during the night. Cheaper airport transfer - the hotel was charging 60RM/per person for a 15kms journey to KLIA so book a taxi via MyTeksi & EasyTeksi app (iPhone or Android) before hand.
