Review 1：Nice and helpful staff, great spa and sporting facilities, and you can order a fresh made omelet during breakfast. Although not in city center, you can order a taxi that usually picks you up in less than 5 minutes, and for just a few euro you are in the city center.

Review 4：The hotel does not have a bar. The hot water in the shower stopped after 1 min. The soundproofing is very bad. The restaurant closes at 11 pm, but when I went at 22.35 to have a beer, they said they would close in 5 minutes!!! The light in the room was very very poor.

Review 6：It was full of ladybugs in the room, 2 days, even if i stayed with the window closed ! First night i killed at least 25 and next day on the ceiling i saw another 10-15. Same problem in other rooms

Review 9：Receptionists spoke very good English and they were very friendly, helpful. The Spa is huge, 3 different saunas, jacuzzi and it is very clean. We tried the massage and it was perfect and very cheap. The room was specious, full of light clean. Breakfast delicious.

The hotel should invest in a better connection. simply doesnt work it the hotel its full. -the matresses are really cheap and they fall apart. you have all the chances to sleep between them. the bedsheets are really thin and cheap, only one sheet to small, so definetely you will touch the matress with your skin

Review 12：A very very small thing : the bathrobes should be free of charge and should be in the room. There is an infim tax of 1,25 euro - it is the only minuscul thing that i found :)

Review 13：Everything. The value for the mone is great. Clean, perfect spa, good food, the room even it isnt so big it is all you need. Good massages, very nice staff. An excellent thing, the spa is opened untill 23.00 !!! Perfect for business trip.

Review 20：Not so often I make such a mistake with booking. Remote location in the middle of nowhere. I booked apartment and got huge unit with old furniture, bed that creaks, broken shower cabin, bug in bathroom (cockroach-I have a picture). When I tried to call SPA center I asked reception for local direct dial number (there is no instructions in the room) - and they gave me mobile phone of SPA center !? Every time I entered SPA I had to pass strict control and once they even gave me special bracelet regardless I am a hotel guest. The food in the Grill restaurant is terrible. I ordered Cesar salad and instead of chicken inside they put some old ham. Minestrone I received as a fatty chicken soup with noodles !? The wall between my and next room was made of plaster so you can here neighbors conversation. The safe is another story. I couldn't use it and they came to fix it. However, I had to spend 3 minutes every time I want to unlock or lock it because I had to enter the code 10-15 times until it accepts. etc.

Review 22：While this hotel has many international guests, during the breakfast a Romanian talkshow is played over the speakers, a relatively loud manner. Too loud for early in the morning and very noisy. Some music on half the volume would be perfect. Wifi in the room was a bit unstable / slow. In other areas it was really fast. (room 100)

Review 24：Only down side was the mosquitoes that came in the bedroom at night if you had the window open (i spent about 30 mins late at night trying to kill them!). Luckily the air condition works. The positioning of the hotel is right next to fields and forests - surely it would not be to much to ask to have nets over the windows during summer??

Review 36：Unlike the previous stays, the pool water was very cold, very few people could enter most of the time.. after a lot of discussions with the staff they increased the temperature a little, but in the evening they switched off the heat again :( We took a Junior suite, room was very nice except the corner bathroom had no heater... it was like a freezer inside in the winter.. We almost left after the first day...

Review 52：Expensive breakfast. We chose to take breakfast at a hotel on the other side of the road. Good parking facilities, but not in walking distance from the center and only sporadic bus service, at least in the weekends. So you are quite dependent on own transportation.

The room was spacious and one get also free access to the indoor pool and wellness center. Breakfast was generous and for the dinner the menu was tasty . Staff at the reception and restaurant was very friendly and looked happy to have you as a guest a pleasant surprise as in many cases in Romania they prefer rather the cold bank clerk attitude to the guests.Even the cleaning ladies were politely greeting you.

Review 106：No important minuses. But there were some annoyances: The Pool. The water was borderline cold (mid April). Of course, after 1-2 minutes you didn't feel it any more, but this doesn't make it OK. I would NEVER use the water sprinkler in the pool, it creates a lot of noise and really no use (everybody was leaving that pool area when it was running). I would not allow guests to "reserve" pool chairs for the whole day, leaving their towels while going to eat and then a nap. The saunas. There was some music in all saunas, some 400% too loud. Turn it off or down to 25%. And turn off those lights (little star-like colour-changing twinkles), for crying out loud. They really spoil the class of the place.

Review 107：Very good SPA, with quality saunas, a nice covered pool with exit to an open terrace, really long hours (closes at 23 hrs during weekdays, and 24 hrs on weekends). Very good wellness room, with quality equipment. I found the location (outside of the city) to be a plus. Really nice to have the view of an apple orchard instead of whatever the inner city could have offered. The room could maybe benefit from some extra furniture, but you have to remember that this is a 3 star hotel. Good restaurant, adequate prices.

Review 108：The pool was really cold, we could not even swim , the jacuzzi was dirty and at the sauna area not all facilities were working ( i.e some showers were out of order...)... On the other hand the spa manager was very unpolite when we addressed her our problems regarding the spa area... On top of it we could also see her having " romances" during her shift at the restaurant... Very disappointing !!!

Review 110：- bed orientation towards window. not at all practical in cold weather. - you don't have the main national tv programs in room. I had to stay in the lobby to watch my favorite tv show. - no bathrobe in the room and no reference about it. I found out that you can rent bathrobes at the pool (which is free to use). However, there is only one size of bathrobe -looked ok on my wife, but ridiculous on me. - we opened a bottle of wine in the room, only to find out it was tap water. Made a complaint and was replaced with a real wine this time. - couldn't had breakfast as it was served from 8 and we had to leave a quarter past 7.

Review 126：Some more parasols on the terrasse would be great, especially if theydon't break because of sudden wind gust... ;) Could you better takecare, if possible, to the customer's request when booking ? (for examplewhen a flower bouquet is ordered at the same moment as booking.. ;-) )
