Review 1：Very COLD in the Room 315.... In our all 4 rooms 3 was Cold and Staff didnt nothing.. Breakfast for sure not for *****... i think this hotel should be 3 ***!

Review 3：Quiet location, but far from center along a bad access road. Small parking area, can be challenging to maneuver. One of the pool ladders was broken. Overall a good experience, but not really 5* quality.

Review 12：Had a suite at the top 5th floor - elevator worked only till the 4th floor. Sauna was not working properly. Jacuzzi in spa area was empty and no employees arround to help you. For a 2 night say, the towels and robes weren't changed. The breakfast was awful - in the second morning we also found bread with mold. Defitelly not a 5 star hotel - very expensive - I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 14：A lot of damaged things in the room: lights hanging out of their sockets, broken down hairdryer, drapes nearly falling off, clothing stand missing all but one peg. The pool has ridiculously high amounts of chlorine. Additionally there was moldy bread for breakfast one morning.

Review 18：It is marked as a 5 star hotel but it is a 3 stars at best. The bed was very uncomfortable as the base was not uniform and mattress had waves. Could not take a shower without flooding the bathroom as the shower holder was not installed correctly. Went to the sauna but it was cold, it took 25 min to heat up. Went back to take a shower but there was no hot water... Receptionist was debating in which position I left the door sign instead of sending someone to clean the room at my request. Wifi connection was sporadic.

Review 26：Breakfast was continental the first day and buffet the next day, I don't know why. A mix of cultures: Lebanese restaurant, asian music, egiptian paintings. Same for the hotel building - glass, steel and forged iron, all combined.

Review 34：We reached there, the room wasn't prepared to receive us. Fridge wasn't working Safe deposit box broken - not working Water in the tub no pressure- at all! Hot water missing in 3 days out of 5 Small mirror missing Door key would turn the alarm every now and then The bathroom isn't private. It only has curtains as delimitation from the bedroom. The closet was stuck in a a corridor barely had space to move around nevertheless to see what's in the closet as there was no light in that space. Room service took hours literally ! Would never repeat my visit !

Review 40：The Lift needs 2min for each level; Very small swimming pool. Breakfast is cheap and very basic; Everything inside the room is made by iron: bed, chairs, tables etc. Bed is very noisy. Don't even think to do sex on it. The safe not working. They didn't fix it even I requested twice. Couldn't get a massage: on Sunday they said too busy, on Monday they said the lady needs 2 hours to come, on Tuesday was ...to early. Then we left.

Review 43：The fact that is the only room I could find near Brasov that looks elegant, cozy, luxuriant, and has a Jacuzzi in the same room with the bed. It has a very different design (in the good sense of speaking) than all other hotels (which all look the same). I think that is very cool and Romantic. Room temperature was great. A lot of silence, I felt like a boss with my wife! 10+ for this hotel!

Review 44：We were not able to take the breakfast in the restaurant for the first 2 days, due to a group who had exclusivity. The breakfast was brought to the room, but it was not the same comfort. The water in the swimming pool was cold. Old TV and remote control not functioning properly.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star one. Maybe a 4 star one, but I doubt it. There are excellent 4 star hotels in the country and this one cannot compete with them. Our room (311), though a junior suite, looked more like a 3 star one.

Review 90：The room we occupied (115) lacked a curtain exactly at the window facing the hotel entrance and all the light generated by a night light (strong light) was in our eyes. There were no shower caps and no hair dryer, though the venue is supposed to be a 5 star one. Poor wifi connection in the room. Not rich breakfast, but satisfactory. No fruits, at all. I have health issues and I asked for a decaf coffee but I was told that I had to pay for it.

Review 91：I liked the spa (excellent massagist. I think her name is Natalia). The hotel had an offer (2 massages x 45 min for 100 RON). I liked the mountain view of the room, the spacious bathroom, the fact that we stayed in an apartment which provided extra space for luggage and the incredibly kind and polite employees. Parking place available for free. When the parking area was full, people could park in the street, because traffic is almost zero there. The location is great because it is very quiet, far from the national road.

Review 92：We had the junior suite with mountain view, the room was very spacious and beautiful, the immense bed was very comfortable. The Jacuzzi was really relaxing, but if you want to just take a shower in the evening the water pressure is very low. The staff was very nice and helpful. Don't forget your swimming suit, you'll be sorry if you did, it's a pity to miss a soak and sauna at the spa.

The elevator buttons were falling if the wall. They hadn't even removed the decorations from Christmas yet, and it was June!

It deserves maximum 3 stars, ugly,kitsch and old design, badly maintained, silly bathroom design in somerooms (wc bowl placed in a shower cabin???), dirty and smellyrestaurant, bad breakfast ... Please change it's ratingaccordingly so other people will not be fooled by it's exaggeratedstars rating and the photos that are certainly misleading.

Review 127：It's hard to say something good about this 'hotel'. Probablythe only positive fact was some relatively nice reception staff and arelatively nice location.

Review 128：The toilet was not cleaned when we came in the room, although the paper"disinfected" was there. The breakfast is rather poor -although everything is there, seems it is the low end range of food...Swimming pool was not impressing by clean water, I did not dare to letmy kids in, although we had some friends who did and it was ok. All inall, as stated already, this is by far not a 5 star hotel but it can beenjoyable if you get a decent rate and have the right expectations.
