Review 1：Nothing. The breakfast was not amazing but perfectly acceptable. If you visit Sumy, stay here. You will not regret it.

Review 2：Room spacious, spotlessly clean, perfect. But the best thing about the Shafran was the reception staff. Especially Victoria who was simply fantastic!!! Alexandria and another dark-haired girl (whose name I didn't get) were also excellent and very helpful. They all made my stay much more enjoyable

Review 3：One of the reasons I booked to stay here again was the wonderful breakfast that was provided during my previous stay, however this time things had changed & the breakfast was not as comprehensive, or large, as before. The only other minor gripes are lack of any English speaking tv channels (they have in Kyiv) & only a shower, no option for a bath, although as I've found in Sumy, truly hot water in the bathroom I've yet to experience in any hotels.

Review 5：Evening meal in restaurant a disappointment compared to breakfast, maybe just an off-day. Only a shower, no bath (unlike Zdybanka, which also is a much nicer location)

Review 6：Lovely breakfast in the restaurant. Huge room with TV & also mini hifi, comfy bed, complimentary water. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible but English not widely spoken. Nearby lake nice for a stroll but you wouldn't want to swim in it. Town centre 20/30min walk away.
