Review 1：We stayed in the Villa. At first the shower was not running and had to call for help. The maintenance was able to fix the 2 showers. There was a leak in the kitchenette area too.

Review 2：We were happy that my nephew enjoyed the water fun which was very near our Villa. Location of villa was great! Prompt action with our concerns

Review 3：Check in time is 2pm. We arrived at 1230 the staff said the room will be ready after 30 mins to 1hr. After 1 hr we came back,then until 0210pm we waited because the room was not ready due to housekeeping reason. And when we arrived in the room the trash can is not empty.

Review 7：I expected so much from this place. Being here years before, I expected it to be well maintained given the number of members they have. However to my dismay, the villa is not well kept. The worst part there are BED BUGS. My husband, myself and especially my 1 year old boy got so much bites when we reached home.

Review 12：I like how the bathrooms are well kept, no molds, bathroom bowl has no stains. Though towels maybe a bit old. I love the hot and cold water from the faucet, the aircon are running well, the villa is cold. The kids love the space they were able to play around the living and dining area. I appreciate the presence of the water hose outside. we came to watch the hot air balloon, the car was full of dust. I am glad we were able to wash the car prior to leaving. Though we are not club members, staff were considerate of our needs.
