Review 1：I didn't like that I had to leave so soon!
Review 2：I enjoyed the entire experience... The front desk attendant (Deidra) was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Review 3：When we got ready to check out there were movies on there explicit porn movies that was charged to our account and we didn't not purchase. But the staff at the hotel was unbelievably not believing us that we didn't purchase the movies. Our TV kept coming on and going off either the staff charged the wrong room or it's a glitch in the TV. But being I have cancer and was only there to rest after an emergency room visit and I needed somewhere to stay we came there. Yes the young lady took it off my bill but it's still embarrassing because she said she will take them off this time , as if we were not being truthful but God knows we didn't watch those things. I think that your staff should better serve your guess, and they should all be on one accord in telling th guess about check in and out information correctly. Because 3 different front desk people told us something different from the time we checked in and I did request to speak to the general manager off the Boom town site because something needs to be done about this unprofessional behavior from his hotel staff.

Review 5：While unloading our tuck in the unloading zone for the hotel our truck was keyed! The hotel staff didn't seem to care as well.as security! We won't be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone!
Review 6：I thought the front desk was a little disinterested. I had signed up for a queen or king and got a double bed. I would have upgraded if offered but the lady told me I ordered a double. It was a little irritating but she would not keep me from coming back.

Review 8：There was no room service although it was stated when I booked the room. The staff gave me the run around when I asked about room service. They seemed to have no knowledge of the service. The rooms need to be updated. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. The view was horrible. I was like a storage area for dumping construction materials. None of the convenient service buttons on phone worked. Any time needed anything I had to dial the direct number then get transferred. I made a dinner reservation before arriving and when I called to confirm, the concierge had no record of it. She kept telling me to call back around 5 (when the hotel restaurant open) to make the reservation. The customer service could have been much better. The buffet was not that great but the steak house was amazing. Because the negatives outweigh the positives, I will not stay at Boomtown again. I would visit the casino again.
Review 9：I loved the bed. It was extremely comfortable. The room was also pretty big. I enjoyed the casino also. I hit the jackpot on a penny slot. I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room.
Review 10：There were water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom along with what looked like mold. Shower head was terrible. Just wasn't clean. I have stayed in $40 a night hotels better than this place.

I came in from a 3 1/2 hour drive just wanting to get rest for the night, and continue on in morning. I found stains on sheets along with hair which was not mine! I started to call down but was exhausted from working all day and driving 3 1/2 hours I pulled cover up and slept ontop of the bedding. I was sadly disappointed this go around. House cleaning should do better than what I encountered on this stay. Hair that's not mine on sheets and bedding is not acceptable. Hairy Encounter
Review 34：The room was to small and the down stairs lobby was stinky. The host or vip personal was very unfriendly and the front desk host was not to friendly either.

The room was clean and the maid staff was very nice The bell boy who helped us when we got there should be promoted because he seems to know more about customer service than the hotel desk staff and the vip host staff put together. Hes a young short light skined mexican guy that is trying to grow facial hair.

Only one craps table and several black jack tables closed. And the limited on site food options was disappointing.
