Review 1：Location a little bit far from the main street.
Review 2：Staffs are very kind and friendly. Able to communicate in English. Warm hotel and services. Free coffee and tea, also snacks. Good breakfast. They let me use their printer to print my document and did no charge me any fee. Will choose again when back to listvyanka.

Review 4：Clean and Spacious room we had. We could see Lake Baikal from our window and terrace. No TV in room. But the wifi worked well. There's a shower tube in the bathroom. You can have water massage. We don't know how to use it so we didn't try. The drain let go water slow. Just like the the hotel we stayed in Irkutsk. The bed is comfortable and the heating in the room worked very well. They even provided an electronic heating, just in case we felt cold. The service was very good. We were picked up from Irkutsk by a shuttle with tour guide with reasonable price. But it seemed the guests can either take taxi or public bus back to Irkutsk after checking out. I tried to ask if they could arrange the Chalet to hotel in Irkutsk shuttle with the same price when picking us up on checking in date, they didn't give us that option. The Chalet is about 800m from the main street. It's easy to find, you just remember to turn at the seal show. Local dogs were not very nice to travelers. Be careful to say away from them. Breakfast here is very good. We had to try our best to finish it although we've had too much, because they prepared the food from early morning. They can provide dinner for 500RUB per person. You can ask them what you would like to eat.

Review 6：It is one of the most wonderful hostels I have lived. firstly, the scenery is amazing. and the breakfast is really tasty, so does the milke tea offered in the dinner room.
Review 7：The owner of the hotel was super nice, she prepared great breakfast for us and alway been very considerate during our stay. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful trees, we see dogs chasing in the woods from our terrace in the morning whlie birds are singing, very peaceful and natural environment for relaxing! I will definitely stay in Chalet if I come again to Listvyanka!!!
Review 8：There are NO SIGNS on the street naming the hotel or directing new arrivals to the lobby. (After you enter the gate, go up the stairs straight in front of you. When they turn to gravel, keep going up. You'll reach a large deck area, with glass doors that open into the lobby/breakfast area.) There are a lot of stairs (outdoors) to get to the rooms. Not great if you have heavy bags. Also, it was fine in summer but I wondered how they'd be in winter. Internet works great in the lobby (which is pleasant and nice to sit in) but not so great in the rooms.
Review 9：This place was wonderfully comfortable, and the staff was excellent. The view was from my room beautiful. Breakfast was great. Also, we picked the hotel for its proximity to the Great Baikal Trail, and made a good choice. The trail was easy to find and not at all far from the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to any friends who went that way.
Review 10：Before booking a room in this Chalet we got very high expectations given how generously people have been praising the place. Well, reality was disappointing. First impression was ruined by a completely disinterested administrator. The lack of enthusiasm in greeting the guests who have travelled half of the world to admire beautiful Baikal was little upsetting. The room - yes, rustic and simple but such basic things like say a chair or sufficient space in the wardrobe should be standard. Location is good but some may find too many stairs an issue. In general, the place is overadvertised and for the same or even less money you can get a bigger room in a nice hotel, even with laundry service.

Review 13：The staff there were very nice and helpful. We left the hotel early in the morning at 6 am, they managed to provide us a nice breakfast!
Review 14：The walls are a little thin and we could hear our neighbors. There are a lot of stairs up from the road, no good if you have a bad heart or legs. There was some mildew around the bottom of the shower doors but other the room was very clean.
Review 15：The staff were excellent especially Maria who went out of her way to look after us. The included breakfast plentiful. We also had dinner there which was good value. The room was large and comfortable. It's about 800mts down the hill to the lake.

Review 18：Good location, a walk up from the main street. Would recommend a taxi to take luggage up there but fine to walk up and down. Beautiful views and warm welcome. Fairly basic facilities but clean and comfortable. Good laundry service too.
Review 19：If you want to feel the Siberian authenticity and charm - this is the right place. The location is great - further from the main road, in the mountains with the splendid view over the Baikal, surrounded by authentic Siberian wooden houses therefore it makes very peaceful and quiet. Rooms are spacious and decorated with wood. Our room was with a balcony and had two big windows - one to Baikal and one to the mountains. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. They provide you advises and assistance on travel around Baikal. Irina was very helpful and gave many recommendations regarding our travel. She was so kind to contact the hotel manager Yury, who arranged us a bus to Olkhon, booked a hotel and a tour in the island without additional charge! What a treat! Furthermore, the common space is very cozy and there are always free of charge tea and biscuits. Therefore you can spend evening chatting with other tourists and share your experiences about Baikal. The breakfast is good. The staff was so kind and arranged us an early breakfast as we had to leave at 7.00 a.m. Moreover, you can book a home-made dinner at the hotel for a reasonable price. Svetlana (the chef) made us "pozy" the Buryat dumplings since we had never tried it. So nice of her! Good Wi-Fi. Overall, stay at the Listvyanka Chalet was amazing because of the staff and "feels like home" atmosphere. Reasonable price. Want to come back again. Highly recommended.

Review 38：You have to pay for internet wifi (50rub) which isn't much butit's a bit cheeky when you cannot get it in your room and youaren't allowed to stay in the common area in the night.Maria, the second host, seemed to completely miss the point regards my dietary requirements. I'm extremely sensitive to lactose and asked for fruit salad without yoghurt to which she replied "it's only on top". I'm putting it down to the language barrier but by the 6th day of explaining the whole dairy thing we naturally got frustrated!
