Review 1：Guys from reception are not so client oriented, i have reported many time a problem with wifi connection during my 5 days of stay with no results, more than that no one has registered this complaint. At my arrival the reception personell tried to ask me for additional money for my 6 year son, evan my booking.com reservation specified that it should have breakfast and spa access for free. Breakfast was identical every single day with just a few types of food...

Review 4：The staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly in both the hotel and the spa. Although the hotel is located well, between the airport, bus station and town centre, it does mean that there are no views and transport is needed. However the prices for taxis were all very low.

Review 5：Also, if you do not wish to enter the city, this hotel is well located, I felt a bit isolated, in the industrial zone of Targu Mures.Also, I did not like the sensor light system on the long hallway which left you completely in the dark sometimes.

Review 6：The standard rooms are really very spacious, the bathroom had jacuzzi tub which I enjoyed. Also everything was clean and the breakfast was decent.

Review 7：After 2 days when we arrived in the room we found a lot of big bugs. At the reception they told us that we are not the only clients of the hotel who report this, but they can't do anything. Also they said we need to pay full rate for the room. After a bit of argue we obtain 15% discount. We are not coming back to this hotel. We sent pictures to booking.

Review 8：- the personal did not have the competention to work in a 4 star hotel - the breakfast was for a poor 2 star hotel, is you did not get up and go to breakfast at 7 you will find nothing to eat. every morning i have to ask for milk and yogurt for my child and they were going to the kitchen and get it - coffe on the machine was only sweet - the personal ask us for an orange that my girl (3 years old) has in her hand when we left the table for the reason that the products cannot be taken from the table - in the week-ends even if we had an apartment on the hotel we did not have a parking space because in the restaurant was a weeding (the personal from the reception told us to park our car on the gas station)

Review 28：Room was too basic The jacuzzi didn't work and looked second hand. Food was not that great especially breakfast. Bed wasn't too comfortable even though it was enormous and not enough pillows. Curtains where cheap and didn't keep much light out. The robes had no slippers to go with them and looked second hand also.

Chase the Argentinian grill - where therewere no steaks from Argentina Hotel was huge but only a handful at mostof guests yet may as well have been invisible Spa is not a spa but adreadful cheap version Of centre parcs stuck on the side. Awful Hotel ison main road out of town opposite chemical works - windows not doubleglazed Do not stay there - there are much nicer hotels at good prices inthe town centre

Review 32：Everything else is at most 3 star, not 4. It's an old factoryrefurbished in a hotel and it's right across the street of theindustrial zone - azo Mures. It's a very polluted area, the roomsare huge, not cozy at all, pretty bad taste decoration, no room service(I had to ask twice to the reception to pick up the garbage at least!!)We arrived Sunday afternoon and we asked for an extra bed for our kidand they said there are no maids because it's Sunday and they wenthome !! This is not ok in a so-called 4 star hotel!! The hallways weredark, we had to turn on the light ourselves... The heating system iswith hot air, but it's very, very noisy, we slept very bad becauseof this, and the air is so dry we can hardly breathe. Never going back.

Review 34：The breakfast was quite narrow. The spa was charged for guest (a small amount - 7 Eur). The spa staff quite unfriendly. The open restaurant had no vegetarian menu (because it was specialized in beef). However very helpful staff in restaurant.
