Review 2：Immediate and warm reception by the owner. Very nice sea view! Private terrace! Nice room déco and stand up breakfast amongst other guests! Restaurant facilities!
Review 3：Donna very patiently answered all our questions and was very helpful with all of our needs. The location is amazing. We got drinks from the restaurant downstairs and took them up to to our very own sunset deck which was part of our room. Nice breakfast of croissants, pastries and fruit. Great coffee.

Review 21：Their was a dog next door that barked all night which wasn't part ofthe guest house. So nothing against the guest house. On the day of ourarrival our keys were left in the door and a note was left on bed- Sorrywe missed you, enjoy your stay and you won't have any water after6:30am..... Think we should have been offered a discount, instead we hada gallon of water left in the bathroom so we could wash up the nextmorning.....lucky for us the repair guy showed up late!

Review 25：Water in bathroom come out probably from the floor and we get always wet feed when we wanted to use the toilet...not a nice feeling expecially during the night. No TV. No sink in the sort of kitchen. Wifi worked only in the common area, so that you can not plan your day or keep in touch with your family in the nice terrace or in your room. Noise insulation does not exist.

Review 27：Nothing bad - just new to us. We were apparently on "Island time" but not prepared for it. We were hungry in the morning and breakfast was not included. The closest and the only place that was open was a bar a few steps down. They opened at 8 a.m., which is late for us. It then took over an hour to get our food. But the coffee and the food was worth the wait :)
Review 28：Everything. Flamboyan Guest House was the perfect place to stay. We had the best room (#1) with the largest room and terrace, overlooking the main strip. It does get loud on the weekends as they play live music on the street on Friday and Saturday nights but we managed to sleep through it :) Donna has a keurig. God bless her. I was ecstatic. She even offers mugs and various coffee options. There is a regular cleaning of your room everyday with new towels. She even places beach towels and beach chairs in the closet for your use while you're there. There is a refrigerator and microwave for your use in the main kitchen. It was quite simply a great stay.

Review 37：The door came open if it wasn't locked and because the balcony overlooked the main road (as well as the water which I loved) the noise of boats in the morning woke me up. I am a light sleeper though, my husband had no problem. Wifi did not extend into bedrooms which was a little annoying.
