Review 1：We received other room than the one booked- without private balcony. The manager from the reception told us that there aren't other rooms available and the alternative were a 3 star room with balcony. We asked for a quiet room and we received a room near DN1. Futhermore, no PoS available at the reception and we had to pay in cash.. To summarize- 4 stars prices, 2 stars services and accomodation and 1 star breakfast..
Review 2：Micul de jun este groaznic, nicidecum unul de hotel de 4 stele. In prima zi am avut parte de pâine integrala cu ditamai mucegaiul verde pe ea. Mâncarea foarte veche si de proasta calitate. Personalul foarte dezorientat. Un singura persoana de la Recepție știa ce se întâmpla in acel hotel, in rest toți erau aerieni. Nu as mai reveni.

Review 4：Breakfast was very poor (unclean tables, left over food, although we arrived at 8.30 and it supposed to be until 10.00), no coffee and unfriendly staff refusing to make us a coffee on request. Old furniture in the room showing a category of 2 - max 3 stars, not 4 as advertised.

Review 10：No "a la carte" menu, very likely to don't find everythingat breakfast if you wake up later, 3 meters away from busiest road inRomania. Gaved us a burned (from cigarette) plastic plate in bathroomand we used it as an ashtray (on the balcony!!). When we left didn'talow us to leave the premises until they checked the room and made uspay 7 eur for a 50 cent piece of plastic mentioned above, stating thatit was not burned in the begining...beware, complain about everythingwrong that you find in your room if you dont want to pay it whemleaving....
