Review 1：The beds were uncomfortable, the plumbing was messed up. The cable didn't work.
Review 2：The staff was the most pleasant thing about our stay. Angela the front desk clerk was so very kind. And the clerk that worked night shift was very kind as well he walked me to me room because I was a single female and was afraid because several men were outside. If it had not been for the staff we would have requested a refund!

Review 17：First room, toilet stopped up, 3hrs maint. man could not unclogg, gave us second room, wires on lamp had been cut hanging down (live). The smoke detector was not on wall. All baseboards were gone exposing mildewed walls. no heat in bathroom from heatlamp, no switch!

Review 33：I have stayed here three previous times, or more. At approximately midnight of my last stay, red lights lit up my room window. The police were there and 2 young girls were abducted and their whereabouts are to date still unknown. Will never stay here again. My sister had bad luck and got a room by the stairs and people ran up and down the stairs all night being loud and partying. This was a horrible night to stay here....

Review 73：The rooms were in poor condition actually deplorable conditions. Not to mention I was in my room less than a hour before I had a allergic reaction that caused my eyes to swell almost shut. I went to the desk clerk with my issue and she could have cared less. The next I was given was visibly filthy it had cigarette ashes between the bed and the night stand and the night stand itself was falling apart at the base from what looked like water damage. Needless to say the photo online is inviting but terribly misleading because the rooms aren't as nice as the landscape. I made the mistake of booking based on the exterior. In deed it was a mistake. I finally was able to speak with a manager after I left and this was because the manager is only accessible from 7am to 3pm and no night manager. I asked her for a email address to send her photographs of my face and the impact the room had on me and thus far I have received a email address to forward them to. I travel a lot in the excess of three weekends a month and I have never encountered a lodging experience such as this

Toilet in Room did not work at all (reported and not fixed), remote to tv didn't work, lamps didn't work and sheets wouldn't stay on mattresses! And NOBODY in the whole place knew when shuttle driver would arrive, so we had to drive to event when we had planned to shuttle (main reason we booked rm there).

Review 79：The 30 year old mattress and pillows. The dilapidated rooms and the inability to get an extra blanket and the staffs attitude about it. They simply said they did not have any. There were plenty of unoccupied rooms that if they really cared could have retrieved a blanket from or the iron I was missing from my room, but they could not be bothered. Any customer service would have been welcomed. Understandably, you get what you pay for, but basic necessities like a clock in the room, and an extra blanket for a mid 30's night which only left me with a old stain bedspread and a sheet, I do not think is too much to ask for.

Review 81：Took almost 1 hour to get checked in. Key cards didn't work! Went to the front desk 3 times. They finally moved us. It was outdated and not clean. Pool and hot tub were nasty and not even working. The grounds were all grown up and not presentable. I was not pleased.
Review 82：Our first room was dirty and we felt like we were in a homicide crime scene. There was dirt everywhere. The bed was lumpy and there were parts missing from the shower. I didn't feel safe. The door to the hotel room looked like it had been kicked in also. The second room they gave us was a little better. The carpet had not been cleaned at all. Not even vacuumed. The air conditioner did not work. There was no battery in the smoke detector and someone had removed the batteries from the remote to the tv. This hotel was a joke and I am sorry that I wasted my money. I would have been safer and more comfortable in my car.

Review 108：The only good thing about this place is the office staff. They were veryhelpful to give us another room, when we explained how horrible our roomwas. They gave us towels when we told them we we hadn't even hadmaid service that day. They gave us light bulbs and a chair when we hadnone. They were always polite and helpful.
