Review 1：the complimentary tickets for the water theme park were only given for one day not for both days that we stayed (2days, 1night). since we only arrived at 3pm for check in, we were given an option to choose which day that we want to go the theme park. therefore, our time is very limited to spent the time there. But we still can enjoy the hotel swimming pool instead of having at the water theme park. It is better if the water theme park does not have the sand pool at all. because the users will bring along some of the sands to other pool and it really annoying and feeling uncomfortable.

Review 2：the breakfast is simple yet comforting.

Review 9：The facilities were old and need refurbishment. Upkeep of room need to be improved. The sofa is very old and frame is broken. Breakfast is fair. The theme park need proper cleaning. The view is ok.

Review 10：The appartment was dirty. The floor was sticky. There was dirt at all corners of the floor. There were bits of food from the previous guests still found on the furniture. The towels were smelly and the bed linen not clean.

Review 11：Location was great. Size of our 3 room appartment was adequate. Breakfast was excellent. Good viev from our rooms.

Review 12：The hotel also charged us with gst for the room. Other hotels don't do that. I also dissatisfied with the water of the pool in the theme park. It was so dirty.

Room Service: not available because they are to busy serving two group of people downstair. KITCHEN IS CLOSED. 4. Water Heater: don't seem to function well. 5. Breakfast: small quantity, less choices & not tasty at all.

Review 18：Poor tv reception on the limited tv channel. Towels and bedlinen appearance are rundown, off white colour with stains. No aircond in the living room, only fan, very warm in the afternoon.

Review 21：Hose in the bathroom is from rubber hose which do not have a holder. It gets wet when not used because it just lay on the floor. Messy when used for toilet visits. WIFI reception is horrible even though the router is located just one floor up. Broadband reception is poor. No rugs are provided to dry up the feet after using the bathroom. The room is pricey for the facilities it had to offer.

Review 25：Worst experience I have ever had. My wife and I are regular travelersand have of course come across lower standard hotels before... Butnothing compares to this.We arrived late and were looking forward to a shower and a good sleep. We got up to our room and found the bed sheets had probably not been cleaned in days... Hairs on the pillow, stains on the sheets, smell of some sweaty person, bugs unders the bed, ants crawling around... Shocked, we went down to complain at the poor man who was left to run the place through the night. After consulting with his boss by phone, he offered us another room key to the "executive room"... This room was basically the exact same except they had shoved a sofa in a corner and a desk in another. Other than that, identical. The sheets were disgusting again. By this time it was 2am and after calling another hotel and being told there were no more rooms available, our exhaustion kicked in. We literally had to go down to the laundry room to get our sheets to make sure they were clean. I moved the sofa and found dust from the past 5 years accumulated in mass, old dirty cue tips by the bed, left over food crums gathering ants etc... Nightmare. We slept 5 hours and left. For some reason the lowest score I can give them on booking is 2.5. But don't get me wrong, this is not even a 1 out of ten. I would not return here even if you paid me! If you want pictures to confirm my statements, please let me know.

Review 27：the free wifi cannot connect at all! and the air-con is not powerful. the breakfast is not nice. the pool is too small! Furthermore, the water in the pool is not crystal clear with strong chlorine-smelled.

Wifi password had to be requested. Weak WiFi. Very loose door knob. Handle of kettle cover detached, screw found inside the kettle. Had to fix it DIY. Bathroom sink outlet leaking to the floor! No floor towel. Cigarette butts on balcony floor.

Review 33：No one to help with luggage even though there are luggage trolleys and when asked for one, the answer was "housekeeping hasn't picked it up yet" If you need towel, you have to call front desk - but there are no instruction on the phone on which number to call so ended up going to front desk (twice because no one came first time I went)

Review 38：TV still used a box TV. Nowadays even small hotel can provide at least LCD TV. The TV channels only classic channel i.e TV1, TV2, TV3, TV9....on top of that the channel was also having very bad receptions.

Review 43：The second room's air AC was dripping water in the bed so i had to remove the bed. The apartment obviously wasn't frequently booked, so we received stale supply of instant ciffee and tea, with no bottled water. We only got 6 bottles of mineral water and supplies of complmentary coffee the next day.

Review 44：The location is good. My 3 room apartment has a sea view which i really enjoyed. Both bathrooms have water heaters. The staff were friendly and ready to help anytime.

Review 47：The unit apartment is bad. - Furnitures have worn out. - No kitchen utensils. I expected a service apartment would be having at least a microwave. - One of the bathrooms' drainage was plugged. - One of the toilet bowls' flush was not functioning. - The ACs in the rooms are very frustating. I would like to propose the followings to the hotel management: 1) You guys need to perform gap analysis on your facilities (room design/furniture/lobby/customer service) against the design basis or best practises. 2) I think it is best to upgrade some units to VIP. The units should emulate, say a 4 or 5 star service apartment criterias. I don't mind paying at higher rate as long as it is worth the price. 3) If i am the owner of this facility, i would have fired the management as well as the maintenance team due to the lackings of room quality.
