Review 1：I have nothing to complain about to be honest.

Review 2：Lovely staff, very helpful. I travelled from Ireland as dad was having heart surgery in Tg Mures. Clean, warm (here in Jan), wifi working, lovely staff and tasty comfort food. Nothing fancy. Didn't expect much when I booked the place but I was pleasantly surprised. A decent place to stay in.

Review 3：The heater in the bedroom wasn't working properly. The breakfast was very poor. The smells from other rooms (cigarette smoke) or from the kitchen.

Review 4：The architecture of the apartments - 2 big rooms, 2 halls and, most important, 2 bathrooms! And, of course, the central location, near the National Theatre.

Review 5：You get charged for parking in the hotel's parking and do not get an invoice for that! It is a small fee, but still! We stayed at the 10th floor and the toilet flush was not very functional!

Review 7：The verry brown water from the bathtub. After I called the receptionthey told me it's not from them. They asked if I want to change myroom but did not do it. I had to wait 2.5 hours to take a bath and washthe bathtub 3 times and the water still was not clean.

Review 9：There was very little pressure in shower you had to run around under it to get wet. The coffee machine packed up one morning I told one of the waitresses, who turned it of turned it on still didn't work and (as so typical in Romania she shrugged her shoulders and walked of, people kept coming in for breakfast and there was no coffee available. They still need to do work on customer relations, like smile and make you think you are welcome and a valued customer (but I guess you have to pay them a reasonable wage to make them feel it's worth while).

Review 15：Old elevator (only one elevator present). The last day there they started working very early at the elevator shaft, and they made an awful lot of noise. woke me up instantly, and they were working 6 floors distance.

Only the 3rd and 4th floors are renovated (the other rooms are still comfortable but kind of run-down and with pretty oppressive wood panelling). No air conditioning except on the 9th and 10th floors (not an issue for us but might become an issue on hot days). Incredibly small elevators. Outside the rooms and the ground floor the property is pretty much run-down; the hallways are eery.

Review 25：Outstanding location (tens of meters from downtown). Outstanding Internet access (speed-tested at 15+ Mbps, with no blocked ports and no slowdowns). Outstanding staff. Very good sleep quality. One of the two rooms was very comfortable, the other a bit less so (but still OK). Clean. Good view over the city (especially on higher floors). Overall good value for money.

Review 105：A good hotel never and nowhere in this world changes the reservation of a guest without warning!!!!! The staff changed our reservation for a blue furniture double bed room, into a black furniture two bed room, without taking to us.

A good standard hotel never does that, so pay attention to your reservation. We have business in your town and you must treat your guests all the same, regardless their country of origin.

Review 122：The Standard Double Room is misleadingly advertised as new /refurbished (see the pictures in the Availability area) while at thehotel we were offered the old fashioned, not refurbished, communiststyle & stale rooms. The hotel receptionist couldn't care lessof our misleading booking for a new room and the hotel manager brieflyexplained that the refurbished rooms are very few and that are 99%booked before they are even available to be booked via booking.com.Although you specifically booked a parking place for 2 days, uponarrival we discovered there was no spare parking place available.Disappointing attitude and lack of care on behalf of hotel staff.
