Review 1：The only odd thing that didn't rest well with me was in the documentation in the "getting settled in" book said that a condition of the rental was not to say anything bad about the apartments on social media. As it happens I only have good things to say, but it seems that this is an unusual and probably unenforceable requirement.
Review 2：When we arrived there was an envelope with containing everything we needed. The entire time we were there we didn't meet any staff or need to. Very peaceful. The apartment is right across from a lovely beach and a short walk away from the spectacular peninsula walk. We walked into town to do shopping and cooked at home in the excellent kitchen with everything we needed. The apartment is quiet, lovely, fully equipped, and in a lovely area. I wanted to use the tempting jacuzzi outside but just didn't get around to it. Next time.
Review 3：Extremely strong and unpleasant air freshener/ room fragrance device - we had to put it outside on the balcony! But that's a very minor issue really - we were overall very pleased with the apartment.
Review 4：Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. View of both mountains and the sea from the balcony. 2 shower rooms, all very clean and good sized towels. Big open-plan sitting/dining / kitchen area and 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin. The flat was up a flight of stairs and there is no lift. But ground floor apartments don't appear to have any outside space and no view either. Parking was at the back of the building but you could unload by the entrance door.
Review 5：Great location, just by the seaside. All most every apartment is of sea-view type. Just 10m by walk to the town center. Next to the Dolphin Encounter, a firm specialized in providing dolphin cruise (a must-go at Kaikoura, strongly recommended). Two nights at the Apartments Kaikoura. I should have arranged one day more!
Review 6：We could view the sunrise over the ocean from the little balcony. It was glorious. The apartment was very nicely attired and comfortable. It in a quiet spot, but easy walking distance from restaurants and shops.

Review 9：The view is fabulous and the location is excellent. The apartment is modern and has great accessories. It has all the appliances you need and is well laid out. A truly wonderful experience!
Review 10：No representative on site. No one to meet us when we arrived, despite an e mail to state time of arrival. our mobile phones didnt work and when we had problems with car we had no telephone. The manager from the other apartments was very helpful.

Review 17：Beautiful place to stay. I like the living room. It is big and gets a lot of sun. You can enjoy the great views. The kitchen is nice and all equipped. That's a good design for Chinese family.
