Review 1：24hr self check in. Mick was awesome helping me out with a room when the other hotel I booked through booking.com wasn't pet friendly as advertised.

Review 2：Dust found at back of shelves and on telephone cables showing that not all surfaces and areas were cleaned after every booking. I call it lazy cleaning!! The external doors could do with a paint and spruce up. Just a bit tired looking.

Review 5：location was good, the actual hotel section was very good, (I'm a punter and the facilities for this were excellent), wifi was very useful for my son. The stay whilst only for one night was very good and would help me consider staying there again.

If the quality of the food improved dramatically, then the Overlander would be the place to stay. We asked 10 of our relatives to come to dinner and all were disappointed with their meals, only two meals at a time were served to the table.Staff were serving meals two at a time to different tables? Who was running the kitchen ?

Review 76：The rooms were clean and had all we needed. No noise from traffic, close to shopping centre and hwy. Great kids play area at the bistro and a pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning staff, bistro and bar staff.

Review 77：Bathroom wasn't too clean (ie shower recess etc). Staff member wasn't very friendly upon our arrival, wore a constant frown (not just with us but with others too).
