Review 1：too noisy old set up pool very dirty meat choice not much, i.e. breakfast day 1 almost all beef, breakfast day 2 almost all chicken

Review 3：1. Towels provided are no longer white in color - it can be seen to be 'dark white'. Preferable to bring one's own towel. 2. Since it's an apartment style resort, it's noisy esp if there are kids running about directly upstairs as the floors are not carpeted 3. Breakfast choice is less than ideal - should provide more choices 4. Very odd configuration of shower in the bathroom - hence if someone is bathing, the other person would find it difficult to use the sink (need to walk through the shower!) 5. For the water to be drained, the water outlet is not located on the lower end of the floor, but on the higher end of the floor leading to water flowing to the main hall.
Review 4：1. It's a 1 bed room apartment so it's spacious. 2. Very near to the Jetty to Pulau Pangkor (although going from Lumut may have more choice of where to land at Pulau Pangkor)
Review 5：Staff at the restaurant (breakfast) were busy watching television instead of doing their works. Not helpful at all.

Review 7：The room that I booked was a 1 bedroom suite with 1 queen sized bed and a single bed and it was obviously meant for more than 2pax. Towels were prepared for only 2pax and when asked for additional towel, chargeable. Bathroom was an ensuite but connecting door was locked. Not practical at all

Review 9：The counter staff is rude and not friendly. One staff named Fitri is very rude. I booked a room with double bed but upon check in the room is with 3 single bed. When l returned to the reception. This guy Fitri is not willing to entertain my problem. He just mention INI saja and reluctant to change for me. When l insist again finally another staff ask me to wait until .5.30pm and finally l got the room at 6 pm.

The spacious guest rooms as usual, like the first time I came here a few years ago where it has just opened. views of the lagoon and the beautiful cove of a private balcony.bathroom and toilet looks good. Breakfast is just fine and there no traditional cake. Very recemended to all see you BWMIRP!.

Review 126：This is a great hotel if you are on your way to Pangkor Island. The ferry is just over the road and we were allowed to leave our car in secure parking at the hotel while we were at the island. The room was spacious and the views spectacular. We will stay there again if in this area

Staff is not friendly- after room service, do not replace all towels - Request staff to mop the floor but the staff mop the floor with less than 1L of water from the kettle. This is sucks - Water pressure totally cannot acceptable. - Need to put more effort in order to maintain the hotel in longer term

The staff just pour the water from the kettle and mop the floor for whole apartment with less than 1L water. Never provide new towels after room service. Water pressure is very bad. Water dripping out from rain shower at master bedroom drop by drop. Do not expect that it is consider as bathing. Complaint that the toilet flushing is not working but no one ever come and fix it. Staff is not friendly and helpful at all.
