Review 1：Room was quite small but didn't spend much time there as weather was good. Could have been a bit claustrophobic if it rained. Internet dropped out frequently too. Again not an issue as didn't spend much time there.

Review 3：We arrived early and were told to come back at 2pm which was fine as we knew we were early but in other places where we have arrived before the checking in time, we have been given information about the place and useful tips about eating etc. The room was quite small.

Review 5：This was the cleanest motel we've stayed in in our two weeks of travel. The view of the snow capped mountains was spectacular, even if they did dissappear in the morning cloud cover.

Make sure you checkout the seal colony and the beachside strip down the bottom of the hill with many shops etc. (hidden from main town). Cemetary interesting on top of hill plus lookout farther up..

Review 22：Not pre-warned about the 7.30am bagpipes (a one off event) despite they knew it would happen, just an apology afterwards! No ice available, smallest kitchen ever, very small room with no bedside table on one side. Position was poor compared with the many waterfront motels in town, but this was probably reflected in the price. Lots of foot traffic going past our window and entry, only outside space was communal and heavily used when motel was full as it was this time.

Review 38：The motel is situated a few hundred metres south of Kaikoura, but within easy walking distance of the town centre. The apartment was nicely presented, with an efficient wall heater to use if required! The motel had super views of the Southern Alps (with snow on the peaks!). The receptionist recommended the Kaikoura Whale Watch as a trip; this was excellent and thoroughly recommended.
Review 39：This a great motel if you want to get a beautiful view of the mountains overlooking the town. Five minutes drive from town only. Well worth the stay and would stay there again.
