Review 1：The hotel is pretty dated and they could really use some new carpeting but for what it is, it's pretty good.

Review 2：The hotel is located centrally in Listvyanka and the staff are very helpful and very nice.

Review 3：on the second day we went to have breakfast at 10 a.m but there's almost nothing left ,(breakfast is supposed from 8--11 a.m) food is cold also. They seemed to be preparing for a big event or something ... But it is really not our bussiness as a 4 star hotel should provide a much better service! Or they could have at least inform us about the inconvience earlier

Review 5：- “Grandeur” of 4* hotel in appearance, but service is more 3* - Street noise! Local youngsters hang out at night in front of hotel playing loud music until early morning, and no-one seems to care - Rude staff: my wife was pushed aside by hotel staff in front of elevator, restaurant staff was more interesting in chatting amongst themselves and turning up the music than getting our food on the table. - Unknowledgeable/unhelpful staff: reception desk staff did not know anything about local attractions and we had to sort it out ourselves

Review 7：Restaurant facilities/service very poor. No service culture.Food generally good, but everything arrived in a mysterious sequence, promoted items (like grill terrace) were unavailable, warnings on preparation times were putting off.

Review 13：I've work in hotels my entire career and I would totally approach Stas when I have an opening. He was the most friendly service happy person I met in a long long time.

Review 15：We visited Baikal at low season:, in winter, the price was about 50%less, for a very good price we got a clean cosy room with view on Baikal(at the round part of the hotel). New, well furnished room and bathroom; bottled water at the room, renewed every day; bathrobe and slippers, good breakfast. The best hotel I ever stayed in Russia.

Review 17：This place was fantastic! Attention to detail, beautiful rooms, amazing staff who were so polite and did everything they could to make our stay better. We were in heaven and wished we could stay longer!

Review 25：The place was not safe: a group of low skilled workers were performing repairs and painting of the hotel's building walls, and they dropped a heavy wooden board from the scaffolding right in front of me when I was leaving the building. Basic health and safety arrangements were not in place.
