Review 1：I had to bring my own luggages.. waited for 45 minutes before I could check in & get my room keys. The room were full of flies. The basin were stuck. The breakfast were awful with flies flying around. It should be the last & only time I am visiting this hotel. Really spoilt my holiday mood.

Review 4：The rooms are very clean and well presented. The sea view rooms are spectacular. The breakfast had a good variety. The pool area was clean and the beds comfortable. There are loads of activities available. For the price the hotel is excellent. I would recommend upgrading to club when you arrive as it gets you free alcohol drinks in the evening, a quiet breakfast room and top floor hotel rooms with great views.

Review 5：- flies, - guests room are very run down, the bathroom pipe is not functioning at all, entire room stink, i can't stand a minute in the room so request to change to another guest room at another block. - entire hotel is run down and dated.

We reached at the lobby at 2pm buat at only 4.30pm manage to get a room. Major improvement needed. Still you need to check out before 1pm latest.

Review 35：We stayed in room 206 fm 26-28 Oct. Upon entering the room, deco needed upgrading and there was no towels. Had to wait for an hour after calling housekeeping and requesting further assistance from the concierge. We also could hear the conversation from the other room. Food prices for buffet dinner were exorbitant for limited spread. Flies, please do something about the flies. Poor WiFi reception and chargeable in the room. Breakfast crew need to be more attentive as tables were not cleaned and utensils not replaced (there wasn't a large breakfast crowd).

Review 43：I hv very bad experience with the counter when we check in. Very slow and inexpeience. The buffet breakfast hv no proper control. I can see that when customer book for one room, but the whole kampong came for breakfast and bringing plastic bags to take away. So sorry to see such scenario happening at swiss garden. The worst case is when I check out to make payment was told that I don't hv to make any payment becos booking.com hv charge my bills. On my way back home, I receive a call that I didn't settle my bills before I leave the hotel. Any sad and sorry scenario.... what happen after that .....money was not well spend and satisfy.

Review 45：Oh my god, for such an expensive trip the hotel sure need some sprucing up. How many years since they last upgraded the place? The reception desk is so worn out, the bedroom interior is average, the tv channel is not clear and so limited. I tried the Thai restaurant and it was not worth what I pay, with such expensive price the food taste is so average. Even the cigarette bar ambiance was not 'alive' and dead. For a celebrated hotel they should upgrade before people get bored of the resort. Apart from that they have flies infestation problem which I don't know why...

Review 46：I loved the location, the beach is breathtaking and even though I opted for the sea facing bedroom instead of the sea view bedroom and have to walk a fair distance to my room, I am satisfied with the view I get. I was surprised that they had activities lined up for hotel dwellers and it's a good thing since the only thing that is closest to the resort that's worth going is the shopping complex AEON, a 15-20 minutes car ride. Review 47：The toilet at public area are bad! Especially at the pool side!! We wait almost 1 hour for our dinner serve at the Thai Restaurant. Fly everywhere! Including the room!

Review 51：1. The room - it really need to be refurnished. The drapes were not balance, the toilet not working and not to forget the cigarette smoke smell room. 2. The location - it is very far from the main road. Although it is located in Lumut, but to get to the Lumut town it requires 30 minutes (this is during night time without traffic). We drove and arrived at night and the journey towards the resort was very frightening. we have to g through the jungle with no other vehicle passed by. 3. The breakfast was very hectic. They can't control the crowd during the breakfast. the food also does not taste good.

Review 52：helpful staff. We requested king bed room they provide but we later changed because the room was smelly (cigarette smoke smell) - they entertain us. The view and surrounding was nice. this hotel situated in the 'jungle' beside the sea.

Condition of rooms were appalling...the bedsheets, no standard toiletries pack like shower cap etc, musky smell, a dead lizard & oh flies everywhere. 3. Coffeehouse food & choices as well as service were limited/unattentive. 4. Throughout our stay the housekeeping did not come to do daily service. Except the day after our late check in, when we specifically hung a 'privacy please' sign.

Review 109：Paid Wifi in the room was hopeless so we cancelled it. Resort needs sprucing up and more attention to cleaning and maintenance. When we arrived no towels in our room and it took 2 hrs to get them. No alcohol served in the Buffet restaurant and we were not advised til we had organised our food.

When i call n request they send us just bath towel aftet 30min waiting. At the morning when we going to have a breakfast your dining full house... n your staff ask me to have our breakfast at upstairs.. n than we walk to upstair but no upstair actually.. hello. We pay for the service ok. Mayb rm6++.++ is chips for u but not for me n my family.. so dont treat us like i come 4 free ticket this is the first n last i'll be there. actually a lot of thing happens on that day but this space is just enough for 200 character only.

The club floor is so far awayfrom the club rooms. This is totally unacceptable. The club room is the furthest from all facilities. Apart from this, the rooms are not well kept. The tiles near the bathroom area looks dirty forever! Please do something about this ...

Review 115：We have been to this resort twice before and we really loved it then. The rooms were authentic And clean...with lovely view. However now upon refurbishment, we notice the maintenance is bad and the finishing in the room is bad. It's a lovely place to be for a weekend escapade..but Swiss garden needs to upgrade it!

The toilet really needs to be upgraded as they looked really old and sometime smelly and please change the towel! Both in the room and at the pool. The towels were really old. On our second night while we were already asleep, we've gotten a call from the front desk stating that the neighbour on the floor below complained that we were having party and making noises. When my husband explained we have already asleep, they just said a simple sorry. They should have sent someone to check the floor to determine which room is making the actual noises. And too many flies!

During dining we dislike they shine spot light at us when we dine dinner and only one standing fan at the center of Fun Beach restaurant. The barbeque seafood was not properly cook, we went at 7pm and all food is not ready. The lamb, chicken, mussell were all precook n cold and they call it " Seafood Batbeque Night?" After i told the staff to preheat the food he said they have too many bookings unless i can wait for 15mins!

Review 129：mountain view, high land, beautiful relaxing scenery. Near Pangkor lsland, 30 mind drive to Lumut jetty. Only 15min boat ride at RM15.

Review 132：I booked two rooms with booking.com and it was stated pool view. We didn't get pool or sea view as written . Instead we were told that the types of rooms we booked had no pool view which meant that either the internet or the staff was not conveying the right message. That was a disappointment to us and our guest who were from Australia.The paid wifi was not working either but we got a refund for that.

Bathroom is poor condition - bath tub is smelly and look as worn out. 3. Room no.373 is not suitable for guest with baby, its creepy at night and my baby continue to cry all night because of that. 4. Review 137：No facility and no passion to address guests' need. Free Wi-Fi in adv, but no Wi-Fi even in the lobby. Hotel is isolated from the world, the nearest shop is about 20 KM from the hotel. They have 2 restaurants, one coffee shop, one super market. No other food, super market, shop to visit, coffee shop to sit. No where to see. Just room and beach. There is no water play. Golf club was close for maintenance, ATV was under maintenance, buggy ride was closed. Asked them bath towel, while under shower my wife called them again and they said we have no towel???? After 20 minutes towel arrived. The staff said we were taking lunch :((( Number of lizards in the hotel is more than number of people there. On every wall you see couple of lizards jumping here and there. Frog also is there and when you complain they say it is jungle!!! The food is also horrible. They charge a lot, but serve a little. Exactly the same food in two restaurants; one for 35++ and another 65++. The smaller restaurant is cheaper and has no sea view. Breakfast better than lunch. Swimming pool is just another mass. Dirty and smelly, lot of bleach inside to make water clear but water was dark.

Review 143：wifi at lobby not working or too slow, safebox in room not working, poor tv reception - noisy pic, bath tub in bad condition, swimming pool hour was published in booklet until 10 p.m. but was closed at 7.00 p.m., not friendly housekeeping - called 5 times for extra towel and didn't even get it. have to get the extra towel from lobby the next morning, too many flies, motorised sport (ATV) non existence at the beach as advertised
