Review 3：Heating was turned off and unable to turn on in the rooms. The common room was also pretty cold because the outside door was open quite often.

Review 4：Personal was very friendly and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were clean and nice, kitchen was cute and well equipped.

Review 5：The perfect hostel! We found simple people who love nature and also likes to party (at night this was THE place in Bovec. The staff is really helpful and nice! Several nature "must see" near the hostel (by car).

Review 7：The staff that acted like we were a huge inconvenience. They were too busy partying to enforce the quiet-after-11 rule. The worst beds I've ever slept in, springs poking you. Locker couldn't be opened without also opening the adjacent locker. Laundry is expensive and ours was done a day later than promised. Not clean, rodent droppings in bed. Shower had nowhere dry to put your stuff.

Review 9：We had very noisy neighbors in the rooms next to us. They were noisy from the moment they arrived around 8 pm. We kindly asked if we could be moved and was told, sorry, it's the weekend but that they were asked to uphold house rules. House rules included being silent after 10 pm. The neighbors came back at 2 am yelling, dancing, and playing music and did not go to bed until 4 am. The hotel staff did not interfere or ask the neighbors to be quiet at all.

Review 48：Aimed on young people coming to Bovec for outdoor activities. Clean and simple. Great staff, great price. Shared showers and toilets but there is a lot of them on each floor, for boys and for girls, so it has no impact on the comfort of the place. Common kitchen you can use to cook your own food. Terrace. No breakfast, but a lovely bakery next door and they still have their own bar at the hostel so you can have a coffee in the morning there and some beers/wine in the evenings.

Review 49：It's a bit of a nitpick, but you can only access wifi in the common area and not in the rooms. It was also quite noisy with the walls seeming quite thin, but that's to be expected in a hostel.

Having been here twice now, I can tell this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in: good atmosphere thanks to vibrant staff, cosy lounge in chalet style, practical kitchen, easy planning of outdoor activities with great guides. If you are young (at heart), spend some time here, you'll love it!

Review 66：Everyone at Hostel Soca Rocks was so friendly. They kept the hostel in top shape everyday. The toilets and bathroom were very clean.The common kitchen had everything we needed to cook or heat up our meals and it was also very clean. The staff was very accommodating and helped us get to and from our activities safely and on time. It was great that they were partnered with other agencies or restaurants that allowed us to get discounts whenever we used their services.

The staff is really kind, ready to help you to organise your journey in this amazing place, the hostel is clean (brand new), functional and well situated. You are closed to the center were you can find shops and markets, and the view is relaxing ! You can also make some river activities with them as they also own a nautical base.
