Review 1：I didnt like the fake flowers in the room. Could use some better decoration.

Review 3：As usual, coffee in room was not the best, but there were coffee shops close by so not a problem. Shower head looked like it was a fancy one in it's day, but that day is over. The spray was not uniform. Could use cleaning/replacement.
Review 4：Very affordable and was clean. We had our pet Pomeranian. He sniffed out the room when we arrived and jumped on his bed with an approving huff and went to sleep. Staff was very friendly. We were at a function at Casino Rama and motel was within a few minutes drive which was nice. We don't travel much, but will definitely be checking this place first should we be coming to Orillia again.
Review 5：We were a 5 min drive from our daughter & family, very quiet area, privacy out back with only 3 rooms, our room had everything we needed and complimentary popcorn was a nice touch! Owner very friendly & accommodating - thank you.
Review 6：The only thing I can say is that the bathrooms could use a little bit of an update but it didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay in the least.
Review 7：The staff here were very polite and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and provided all amenities. There was a mini fridge, microwave (with popcorn) and a kettle and coffee supplies. Parking is right outside the motel room door.
Review 8：advertised with jacuzzi. when you check in there is an extra charge of $20.00 per night if you use it otherwise it is shut off. Highway robbery as well as false advertising. would not give this facility a good mark.

Review 10：Room door very hard to open, especially for elderly or handicapped; locks not very secure. Room needed good dusting. Decor & fixtures need updating. No breakfast, but close to Tims, etc.

Review 12：The room was very dated, uncomfortable bed, easily hear the neighbours. Very old dated bathroom with a pink tub with filthy stickers on the bottom. Was NOT 6 km from the casino as advertised. It was 18 km!
Review 13：The interior was dated and worn. The air conditioner didn't work properly. It wasn't a pleasant room to stay in for long periods of time but was ok for the overnight after a concert.

Review 18：We appreciated the staffs quick attention and helpful nice to a concern we had. They were very understanding and helpful. Although the hotel is older, it is obvious that there has been a great effort to make the rooms neat, and well decorated.
Review 19：The room was not as advertized. It had a Queen instead of King size bed. Plastic was half torn off chairs instead of being removed properly. The room was not very clean - dusty. The garden view mentioned was full of weeds and not anything to look at. - no flowers.
Review 20：It was a good location, very close to "Friends", a great breakfast place, which had been recommended to us. It was not far off the highway, and easy to locate. and it was quiet at night.
Review 21：It smelled. Room was dirty. Had to clean everything before going in. Iwould never stay again.it was one night. The smell and the air set offmy kids asthma. Wasn't happy at all. I'd rather spend the extramoney to stay in a lovely hotel.Good luck if u plan on staying:(

Review 26：We were just stopping for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and quite, it had everything we needed for the night. We quite often stay in road side motels and we would stay here again.
Review 27：Good location, free convenient parking. We traveled with two small dogs. Very nice to have our own door outside. No meal service, but 24/7 grocery store across the street.
Review 28：There was no heat when we returned to our room at 11:00pm. A small electric heater there so we plugged in. Blew fuses so no lights or TV. Went to find someone-Office closed. Phone off hook, so we went to bed with 2 conforters on.

Review 31：We enjoyed the comfort and privacy. We went to relax and visit Casinorama. It was close enough. It was really quiet. They provided a heater to ensure that you could stay as warm as you wanted to be. We enjoyed the microwave so that we could reheat food and not go out if we didn't want to. Review 32：When I got into the room it looked really nice. Bed was pretty good. But then I slowly started to realize it was bad. There was a dirty tampon from the last guest in the washroom garbage. The floors weren't vacuumed. And the bathtub had hair in it. I would only recommend this if you can't afford anything else. But there are other places near by for an extra $10-$15

Review 36：It's a clean simple motel, located 10 min. from Rama. we stayed at the big chain hotels prior but this was perfect seeing as we spent only 9hrs. total in the room, for the price, this Motel was perfect.
Review 37：I continue to stay at this motel. It is excellent value for the amount spent. They offer spa rooms as an option which adds a bit more if you want. There is a fridge and microwave and both work well although I could not get the time set on the Micro. Not a big deal
Review 38：I didn't realize when I booked that it was a smoking room. I didn't even realize hotels offered them anymore. Although a smoker, I always book non-smoking rooms, and go outside to smoke. The room smelled a lot like smoke, but once we got the windows open, it seemed to dissipate quickly. It wouldn't prevent me from staying here again, I'd just make sure to book non-smoking.

Review 45：-great location - the price for what you get is awesome... the hotel was very clean, had a fridge, microwave, chairs, flat screen TV with DVD player... outdated a bit but perfect for our stay, it rained all day on our trip and we spent all day in the room watching DVD's and it was nice to stay somewhere at the cheapest price i could find and still nice / clean and have a good sleep. Also the fridge was a plus to keep drinks cold. I would for sure stay there again.... we had breakfast at the lil diner down the street Hasty Tasty i think...prices were good.. and the food came out SO fast, very good! It's walking distance as well. Foodland is also across the street and open 24 hours so we also walked over there for treats and snacks. Also check in was quick and easy and the room was ready for us....just leave your key in the door when you leave... i like easy check outs!
Review 46：The motel is in need of several upgrades carpets, flooring, painting. The room was dusty and the windows were filthy. The bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on in it and in the tub. The carpets were dirty. All in all not a place I would ever stay at again. Also no filter on the bathroom tap so water went everyone you didn't even need to shower (not that you would want to use the shower).

Review 117：Don't be fooled by the pictures they display on website they are only the 3 new rooms Im a simple woman who doesn't ask for much I dont need 5 star or even 3 star but cleanliness yes The room was filthy and stunk ( I Lysoled everything and got a can of air freshener and scented candle plus bought windex and paper towels to do the screen door) they should of paid me to stay there since the room was cleaner when I left than when I arrived The toilet kept backing up The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them The bedding was dirty and full of black hair all over, they tried to blame it on the chamber maid but they don't even have one I watched for 3 mornings the owners simply go into rooms and bring out sheets did not replace blanket or bedspreads and though they would have the vacume outside of the rooms they never once used it When I said I was only staying if they gave me some clean sheets I was told if I left I would be charged for at least 1 night they gave me the sheets but not a clean blanket and bedspread so I didn't use them when I said how dirty the room was they should of told me about the option of the new rooms at the back which I only discoverd the last night on a walk I had gone to Orillia for my sons graduation from Georgian College which of course didnt want to miss but due to being on a disability pension I searched for affordable motels and I thought I did my homework so thats why I say dont be fooled by the pictures and obviously the good reviews are from guests who must have stayed in the 3 new rooms I wouldn't even bring my suitcase in the house when I got home because I was scared I may have brought along unwanted guests (if you know what I mean) I took my clothes out and immediately put them in the washing machine and had a nice hot shower. I will be heading back that way in the future but no way will I be going there.
