Review 1：noise from the cars from the main road.
Review 2：Good value for money, great location, close to the centre of Sibiu. Rooms are big. There is wi-fi available in the room.
Review 3：We reserved parking and came really late at 3am in the night, but anyway it was no parking lot for us. A lady in the office said to park the car outside on the street as we did. Next day they said that we came last so are places were taken, but it doesn't matter, we made a reservation! Wifi was in the offer - didn't work at all.

Review 5：The desk girl was extremely impolite - in the morning, when we just left the keys on the reception to go out for a walk, she only shouted 'Did you pay?' (we have paid on arrival). In advance we asked for a baby cot and a person from the hotel replied that they will provide one - when we arrived they said that they had informed us that they do not have a baby cot - we checked again the correspondence - it was not our mistake. The bathroom was dirty and musty.
Review 6：We mostly liked the location and the spacious room with a very comfortable bed. There is a small free car parking on-site.
Review 7：At arrival, a very, very, very inexperienced person was attending the front desk (it seemed as if she wasn't even supposed to be there). Later, a new person, apparently more knowledgeable, but less friendly . Wifi connection in room was terrible. Very low strength and always dropping

Review 9：(1) The huge noise of the the air conditioned exterior device for several (4) rooms, placed near the window of our room and making most unpleasant the night spent there in a rather hot summer day/night. (2) You have to stay together with the used water in the shower cabin due to the thinner drain pipe (problem known by the owner but not solved!).

Review 16：Parking was full, I had to park on the street. Hotel staff was really not proactive as she should have been. I had to ask about different facilities, including breakfast. I was asked for the money upfront, but I was not given any receipt. Indeed, the invoice was ready the next morning. Minibar was empty.

Review 19：Situated on a short promenade to the old town. The rooms are very good as well as the bathroom. The receptionist had a positive and service-minded attitude. The premises are clean and it is quiet though hotel is situated on a central boulevard.

Review 23：It is located in a busy street and looks a bit worn. I did not see one single other guest during my stay. It looked like a ghost hotel. The recepcionist had a tendency to vanish as well. Staff coul not help with anything. They on,y know how to point you towards the old town.

Review 25：This is a pension not a hotel. It doesn't have a minibar, an elevator (we had to carry our own luggage 3 levels), no phone in the room, the rooms are old and outdated. Everything squeaks. Ugly! No parking even though the hotel says it has free parking and no reservations are necessary.

Review 27：Breakfast was very limited and when we asked for a glass a water she brought us from the sink and we asked for a bottle of water and we had to pay. This is unacceptable for a 3* hotel.In the first night we didin't have heat and the girl from the reception she said that she forgot to turn on the heat during the night. For these conditions I can rate this hotel as 2*.
Review 28：The toilet seat was visibly dirty. The decor in the room was very cheap and soviet style. But still overall very good value for money - it's a cheap place.
Review 29：It was a simple, no bullshit place. Little bit off - but still walking distance to the cool places. Very helpful receptionist girl who Google translated to give us accurate description of how to get somewhere.
Review 30：Great hotel, very close - like 5 minute walk - to old town center (Piata mare)! We were there at the end of December; we were please to find that the room was very clean, with a nice smell to it, very comfy and cosy; we had no problems with the heating even if at our stay in Sibiu it was even -25 C! The staff is helpful and nice! The hotel it's a great deal, it has it's own parking space, the furniture is nice and the mattresses comfortable! Overall I do recommend Rin Hotel in Sibiu!

Also we asked for 0545 taxi. the staff were all asleep and had not sorted out a taxi. luckiny the key was in the door so we could let ourselves out of the hotel and walk round to the Ibis (50m) and get a taxi.
